Carpet is gross. Signs requested we remove our shoes, but there is no way we would walk on that carpet without them.Grout in all bathrooms is also gross.Hot tub is almost impossible to access. No matter how we adjusted the thermostats, it was too warm.Downstairs smells moldy.Many of the light fixtures don't work. TV's downstairs didn't work.Kitchen was fine. So was the seating. Views were pretty.We were asked to empty trash which we were happy to do, however, the bags were so small and flimsy it was a real challenge to gather and remove. Please put a couple of good trash bags in the unit.With some minor upkeep this place could be wonderful.We would not rent it again.

The view was amazing and we could see the snow caps from the kitchen. Easy access to the market, shopping and recreational areas. This house was perfect for our family. We filled every room and never felt cramped or overcrowded.

We recently stayed at this property with a total of 3 families. We did not have a good experience staying here unfortunately.-The entire 3rd floor was very hot at night, with the temperature up to 83 degrees. The handles to open the windows are broken and so there is not even an option to try to get airflow to the upstairs floor. The family sleeping up there barely slept. We were also concerned that there would be no fire exit from this bedroom. We were eventually told we could push the windows out for airflow, but it felt like we were breaking the windows to do this.-Most of the window handles all around the house are broken, so we couldn’t open them.-The garage is very short and unable to accommodate larger vehicles. One of our cars is a larger truck, so we didn’t expect to fit that, but the other 2 vehicles were not oversized and no cars fit under the garage clearance. It seems like the listing should at least mention the height restrictions or that it will not accommodate some cars.-The listing of the property stated there is a grill, so we planned our meals around using a grill. There is no grill on site.-The family staying on the first floor had issues with bugs. One person woke up with a small cockroach on her arm and later a spider.Although the property management company responded to my concerns, they did not solve the problems or compensate for any of the issues we had. They did provide an electric grill on the second night, which we were thankful for.

Needs a big update

This property is older, and worn out. Floors old, tables damaged. Carpets trashed. For the price, it should have been better. And zero kitchen amenities above the absolute minimum provided. No cookie oil, no salt and pepper...nothing. I won't stay here again.

Good stay with friends

Plenty of space for my birthday celebration! The hot tub was broken the first night and one of my friends fixed it before maintenance could get there the second day of our short stay. Overall great time and easy walk to the lifts at keystone.

Good for large group, some hiccups

It's a great price and location for skiing in the area! We stayed here with a group of friends. For future guests, here are a few things to note: Communication with the property manager/host was prompt, but sometimes lacking or confusing. We were given the wrong key code at first, so we had to text to ask for the correct one. We also received some confusing texts about payments that made us confused about what we owed. Garage has room for 2 cars but the roof is very low. We were able to carefully fit our SUVs that had ski racks on it, as long as we took the skis off first. Hot tub has room for about 3 people, so if you're a large group you'll have to take turns. Coffee that's provided in the VRBO is only enough for 1 morning for our group (and half our group are not coffee drinkers), so you'll have to buy more if you want more. Knives were very dull, so bring your own if you want to cook a lot. Temperature in the main bedroom was much colder than the rest of the house, but there didn't seem to be a thermostat that could change that.

Comfortable but not luxury

Clean and comfortable. A little outdated. Perfect for our group of 8. Nice large dining room table. Perfect for meals and playing games. Plenty of options for sleeping arrangements. More than enough bathrooms. The jacuzzi was very small, not great for a group. We had to take turns.

Great Property For Group

property needs deep cleaning - we spent the first day cleaning

property needs deep cleaning, mold in bathroom, mold in washing machine, dryer did not heat properly. The bedding all needs to be replaced: pillows, bedding and mattress, they are all stained. I washed all bedding and stains came out. Empty bottles found under beds. Carpets very dirty. Ice maker did not work. Kitchen was dirty and hood fan was very greasy and dusty. The property location is great but definitely needs much attention. I can send pictures if needed.

Great place, close to the slopes

Great place close enough to keystone mountain to walk. We had some concerns about the cleanliness from recent reviews, but were pleasantly surprised that it was very clean. There are definitely cosmetic maintenance issues that need to be addressed, but overall we were very happy with the stay!

We stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding and it was great for a big group. Check in was easy. Only thing was that it definitely smelled like smokers had previously stayed there which made it feel like it could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise it was a good spot in Keystone.
