Townhome in River Run Village w/ Wrap-around Deck and Short Walk to Gondola!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse sleeps 7 with a king bed, one twin-over-queen bunk bed, and one sleeper sofa. It features a large wrap-around deck with beautiful views. Private laundry and 1-car garage. During the Summer of 2020, new furniture and guest bedroom beds were added, along with several other upgrades. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola and lifts. Access to Red Hawk Lodge shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living room features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and comfortable furniture. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Take advantage of the spacious wrap-around deck just off the dining area. Enjoy the beautiful views and fresh mountain air. Plus, you have access to green-space where you can build snowmen and do other fun activities.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six around a beautiful wood table with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two full bathrooms is located just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The washer and dryer are near the entryway, and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

The primary suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination with a jetted tub. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding is modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. This bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property also requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Enjoyed our stay. Location was great-an easy walk to the River Run gondola and the village. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing was that our key cards did not work for the main building to access the pool area.

Nice home

We came and thought we booked Breckenridge, this was not the case. We were hoping for nearby shops and restaurants, there is nothing. We came with bikes and the garage was awesome to have. The place was clean and well maintained. There didn’t appear to be A/C, the thermostat did not give an option for cool. Made the evenings a windows open situation. We were all women and on a ground floor unit. It was not ideal. The trails around the area are amazing! The home was easy to find and in a gated community. The managers were available.

Overall nice place

Overall nice place to stay and the location was great. The only disappointment was the rooms were a little warm at night and the plumbing in bathrooms made quite a bit of noise for some reason. The property manager was very responsive.

Summer trip

Great townhome!! Location ideal...right by River Run. I cooked for most meals. Kitchen very equipped. Used grill...worked great. Sat outside on patio. Was very quite and serene as it sits amongst the trees. Did use the hot tub and pool one evening. Easy to walk over. Overall my family and i thoroughly enjoyed!

Great condo!

Nicely appointed condo, with plenty of room to put our clothes, etc. The location was a few minutes walk to River Run. Plus the property management was very helpful and responded quickly to a minor problem we had.

Family snowboard vacay

The property was very clean and well decorated. It was supplied with everything we needed and had all the amenities of home. We had 2 families staying together. We had a garage of our own. So access out and in was easy and convenient. Most importantly, there was a close and easy walk to the gondola. It made going to and fro from skiing/snowboarding a breeze!! We made a lot of memories and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

You won't sleep

This place is undoubtedly one of the nicest places my family and I have ever stayed in while in the mountains. Spacious, walkable to the ski slopes, beautifully decorated and big enough for our group of 6. If it weren't for the water heater making enough noise to wake up all 6 of us throughout the night, this place would be perfect. Usually I can sleep through or fall back asleep if woken by most things. This water heater is LOUD. I took a video from my 1am search for the noise. I figured out that if I turned the hot water on in the master bedroom the sound would dissipate. Since my 3 kids, my mother in law and my wife were all awake and unable to get back to sleep, I contemplated leaving the water on all night. As I look back through earlier reviews I can see that this problem is not new. If the water heater is replaced I would easily say this is the nicest place we've ever stayed. But since sleep is an important part of a trip to the mountains, this place has some work to do.

Home away from home, perfect stay for our ski vacation.

This place has everything we need and more. There is a kitchen, fireplace, laundry machine and a garage for the snowing days. It's 5mins walk to the River run gondola, and we came back to eat lunch and warm up. There is indeed a strange dripping noise above Master bedroom which may bother some light sleepers. We didn't use the club house or any other facilities in the community.

We highly recommend this townhome! Our family of 5 fit comfortably. We loved the convenience of walking out of our home and having room to run and play. The house was very clean and all the beds were comfortable - even the pull out couch! We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Rented for 4 nights and loved it. Small, quiet neighborhood, nice pool/hot tubs with beautiful views. Walk to connecting shopping village with summer events, great restaurants and quaint atmosphere. Really enjoyed the gondola ride and local scenic drives along route 6.

Mud season

Unit was overall as described; had requested a early checkin but was told that it was being cleaned . Apparently we went during”mud season” un be-known to us (on us) the prearrival packet gave info on use of amenities, implying that those would be available for use during our stay . Nothing was available : pool , sauna , game room etc. it would have been nice to know that these amenities were not available for our use before hand. Unit was as described otherwise.
