This very spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, queen bed, twin bunk bed, and sleeper sofa. It features slope and mountain views from two balconies. It also has an updated kitchen with a wine cooler, a wood-burning fireplace in the living room and a private, indoor hot tub. Located in the quiet Mountain House area, you're less than fifty yards from the Peru and Argentine ski lifts.

This second floor walk-up has an entryway with built-in storage and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features cozy furniture, a wood-burning fireplace and a flat screen TV. You’ll find wood for the fireplace on the patio. The sleeper sofa offers an additional sleeping arrangement and the extra sheets and blankets can be found in a closet. Off of the living area is access to the main balcony where you can enjoy slope views. From the living area you have the luxury of accessing your private, indoor hot tub without having to walk outside.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features black appliances, granite countertops and a wine cooler. The dining area comfortably seats five and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just down the hall you have access to private laundry and detergent has been provided for your convenience. The first of two full bathrooms has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and its own private balcony with mountain views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, and a door separates the toilet area and shower/tub combination for added privacy. The guest bedroom sleeps four with a queen-sized bed and an extra long twin-over-twin bunk bed. There is also a flat screen TV and it has its own access to the guest bathroom as well as its own private single sink vanity.

Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding is modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. This bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

We loved this condo!! We come at the end of summer & it gets pretty quiet. It's a nice time to come & relax, this condo did not disappoint.

Chlorine overload

Location could not be more perfect and our stay would have been great, except for a few hiccups. When arriving there were black hairs and chunks of red sticky stuff on master bathroom sink. The chlorine fumes were so strong that our eyes and throats burned when inside the condo. Our hair, all of our clothes, and even our luggage reeked of chlorine. I was embarrassed whenever we went out, and especially at the airport bc it was such a strong smell. The hot tub had brown floaties in it. Extreme lack of firewood, and when we called the management company we never got a solid answer. After messaging on VRBO we still got the run around for over a day to finally be told that falls on the homeowners association. This was obviously no help.

Great location

This property felt much larger than the pictures showed. Beds were very comfortable and this place is loaded with games. Great location with the lifts and lodge just out front. The property management company was so easy to work with and the instructions were a breeze.

Location could be so much better

The location could be so much better if you were able to access the property through the east gate. Without this acces, getting to river run village via car goes from 2 minutes to 15

Great place, tricky directions, tricky light switches

No major concerns, helpful to add building number, wifi password on letter was correct, wifi password onnplacard in room not correct, found broken glass on counter upon arrival, sent photo via text to management.l, parking for second vehicle....when theres 20+ open spots, at least offer a second spot, or....directions to parking need updated for summer(waive fees, and better describe the public lot NEXT to property vs river run lot. Lastly, light switches, oof, these need replaced badly, switches themselves, as well as labels, it was anyones guess what each switch does. Could not figure out how to turn off light over "gone fishin" sign.

Fun Skiing

Three college friends (class of 1981) gathered here for some great spring skiing. No injuries and hot tub was awesome for sore bodies! Condo was a very short walk to the lift and very comfortable.

Great location!

Absolutely great location and great place to stay. Everything was as advertised. Had an issue w hot tub but they came out and fixed it next day. The sleeper soda was broke but we improvised and all was well. Thank you for having us Colorado!

Lovely Mountain Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to restaurants in River Run Village or it was a quick drive to Dillon. It was cozy and comfortable, and overall clean. The property had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the use of the private hot tub. The one thing that could probably use an upgrade or reupholster is the sofa in the living room. Aside from that, we would definitely stay in this property again and would recommend it to others.

Great location

Very accurate description. Short walk to the Peru lift. Comfortable accomodations. Plenty of room for a family of four adults. Access to ski lockers in the same building and the boot/equipment area as you enter is very helpful. The ability to text management and their quick response was appreciated. Would stay here again.

Lovely stay in keystone

Came up for the Wine and Jazz festival and was able to walk over to Keystone Village from the condo. It was nice and cozy, and just loved the private hot tub and the lounge chairs on the back patio with a view of the mountain. Private hot tub is a really nice feature in a rental ... we will be back!!

One of the finest rentals on the mountain

Beautifully situated at the River Rum base in Keystone, this townhome is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, summer or winter, including an indoor hot tub and large balcony, right at Keystone Mountain. Absolutely the nicest and best-made rental we’ve had in our forty years of visiting and renting in the Colorado Rockies.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was beautiful. It had everything listed on the amenities and the hot tub was perfect. It was very spacious and very comfortable for our 6 person family. I only wish we could have stayed longer and since there was not snow as we were there in June, there was a bit of a lack of area activities. We ended up going to Breckinridge to shop and walk around. I would recommend this condo for any family

Spring Skiing at Keystone

Wonderful location, with a view of the mountain and a short walk to the lifts. Nicely appointed two bedroom unit with all the creature comfort’s one could hope for, including a hot tub that helps the legs re over for the next day.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT BUT THE THE PRIVATE HOT TUB NEVER WORK TALKED WITH MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD REFUND 200.00 DOLLARS BUT I NEVER SAW A REFUND TOO BAD I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THIS CONDO FOR OVER 10 YEARS KEEP YOUR MONEY MANAGER.
