Terrible and Hotel not found.

Google Maps did not show the address of the hotel. When called the Hotel, they said we have to come 30KMs that too in a desert. We drove for 30 Kms but still the Hotel was not visible. Then we called the hotel, person who picked the phone was very rude and said ask someone on the way and come. At last, we did not stay in that hotel. We had to make another booking near the temple. But when enquired in an auto-stand, they said there were more than 100 people asked way to this hotel in last 2 months it seems. But even the auto drivers said there is no such hotel and they heard of it only after people enquiring about that hotel. Please initiate a refund from the property (or) I'm planning to file a police complaint.
