Granite countertops, great views of pool and ocean. Just fantastic location and awesome views of the pool, ocean, palms in the tropical oasis of Maui Sunset. Free WIFI in the condo and at the pool.

Large private condominium apartment at the resort condominium complex on the beach in sunny Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. Main bedroom with queen bed and private attached bathroom. 2nd bedroom with queen and bathroom down the hall with shower, large living area, dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar. Living room has a single murphy bed and a queen pull out sofa sleeper. Plus, large private view deck looking out towards ocean. Beach chairs, pool towels, full size appliances including air conditioning and washer dryer. Really, just hit the grocery store and you are set for the week!

General Info:
The Maui Sunset is located on over 5 acres of oceanfront at Kihei which is considered one of the best locations on the Valley Isle. Kihei is noted for its year-round sunshine, balmy trade winds, and soothing evening air. It is one of the driest and sunniest areas on the entire island, averaging only 10 inches a year! World famous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away at one of the many sandy safe beaches at Kihei and nearby Wailea. Just a short distance (6 miles) from five championship 18-hole resort golf courses at Wailea and Makena. The two buildings frame and protect a large recreational area that is carefully attended and landscaped. The 60-foot swimming pool with its broad decks and abundance of pool furniture invites you to improve on your tan.

Nice condo

We enjoyed the condo. It has a nice view and the resort is pretty quiet and peaceful. It was always easy to find a parking space. The Murphy bed was very convenient. The condo was a comfortable size for 5 adults. The one drawback was the lanai is shaded all the time.

Loved it

Location was great. Close to some great food places, short distance to most of the excursions we went on. Condo had everything we needed and the amenities were great. We particularly liked the shuffleboard. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We love Maui Sunset with the best location in Kihei for sunsets, restaurants, beach and shops. Will return without hesitation. Condo was excellent with great views of the ocean and pool etc.

Good, convient location, friendly guests.

The condo needs a little TLC. The carpets were very dirty, the photo showed bar stools, there are none. The TV in the living room had a problem with the sound, the TV in the second bedroom did not have a remote. The couches need a good cleaning, called house keeping because it looked like the fans were dirty but they are old & need paint or replacing. The footboard on the beds are dangerous. We all hit our knees or shins. I jammed my toes on my foot because the bedspread covered it the first day, still bruised. We're not sure we would stay here again, definitely not this unit. Carrie, Renee & Steve were very helpful & replied to my questions quickly.

Great view and location

Even though it was on the second floor it had a great view of the awesome pool area, mountains and ocean Iit was nice to sit on the patio in the AM. Grounds were kept very nicely. Amenities in the condo were good. Plenty of things to cook with, lots of boogie boards, noodles and beach towels which we used a lot. The only negative was the cleanliness of the unit when we got there. Floors and toliets were dirty and other things. TV in second room turned on but you couldn't get any channels to come on. Couple of suggestions; possibly change cleaning company, update to softer more comfortable bedding and provide beach chairs if possible. Overall everything was very good, would definitely stay again.
