This family condo had everything you could ask for: beach gear, kitchen equipment for home cooked meals, in unit free laundry. Other than food and drink, we didn't really need to get anything else. Everything was functional. The location is great too, even if parking gets bad at Ulua beach, you can easily drop off family and beach gear and park back at the condo to walk back down (less than a mile). Very easy checkin and checkout instructions from the host along with a binder of useful information for your stay on what to do and where to eat!

Good location. Have stayed in other units at The Palms and this visit was the first time noise from other units was an issue. Nicely furnished but dining and patio furniture were uncomfortable. Unit would benefit from more thorough cleaning. Communication with the host was somewhat confusing.

We had a great stay! Everything was exactly as described. Well-equipped kitchen, laundry, lots of great beach gear - umbrellas, chairs. We had a bit of trouble with the TV, but I'm sure it will be resolved.Jillian was responsive and helpful. Location is great. We loved walking to the beach (15 min) and then coming back and enjoying the serene pool and hot tub.

This was the perfect condo for our family's first trip to Maui - we want to go back! In addition to being spacious, clean and comfortable, the condo was well stocked with all amenities, from kitchen essentials to Legos and MagnaTiles to all the necessary beach equipment (snorkles, fins, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys). It was so nice to not have to rent anything extra! Ulua Beach, one of Maui's prime snorkeling spots, and Keawakapu Beach are both a quick 5 minute drive/15 minute walk from the unit. The pool at the Palms (1 minute walk from unit) was awesome and where we spent most afternoons. The unit is a 5 minute drive/15 minute walk to the Shops at Wailea, Wailea Village and all the fancy hotels and a 10 minute drive to Kihei for more eating and shopping options. About 25 minutes from the airport. We had so much fun where we were, that we didn't venture north this trip :)Jillian was proactive and timely with all her communication. The guest book at the condo was filled with amazing recommendations for the entire island - I took pictures of everything for our next trip! Definitely would recommend booking this unit and we hope to return someday soon!

Absolutely the Best Stay!We travel a lot, and this condo is by far the one of the best places we’ve stayed. The owner Jillian is extremely helpful and very communicative, which made everything easy. The location is perfect- close by S Kihei Rd, a minute away from the Wailea mall, beautiful beaches and more. The condo itself is spotless, modern, and truly feels like home. It has everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, including a well-stocked kitchen and beach gear. Don’t think twice — just book it! This is the right place for you and your family.

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the gear the host had for us to use, along with a well-stocked spice cabinet and lots of cookware in the kitchen. Wish I would have seen the yoga mat in the master closet a little sooner, I had been doing yoga on one of the beach towels, lol. We had the best time in Maui, it was our first time to Hawaii, and it was perfect. The accommodations were excellent, exactly like the pictures, so comfortable and well-stocked. It had everything we needed, including boogie boards for my teenage boys. Jillian was amazing, very responsive, helpful and so accommodating. We stay in a lot of Vrbo's and this was by far the best so far! Perfect location would highly recommend and would for sure book again.

This unit was impeccable. We wished we had just decided to stay here for the entirety of our trip to Maui. Good amount of space and it had absolutely everything you could need, especially for a family with young children. Communication with the owner was easy as well. Palms at Wailea is our favorite place to stay and this is our favorite unit we’ve stayed at. We will be looking to stay here for future trips to Maui.

This property is exactly as advertised. It accommodated our family of 6 very comfortably. The two sofa sleepers are a game changer and my kids said they were very comfortable. The condo is conveniently located close to several very good beaches and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. All of the rooms in the condo have AC which is very nice! Host Jillian is super responsive and very easy to work with. She does a great job of making sure guests are comfortable and satisfied. We’ll certainly stay here again when returning to Maui!

Amazing!

What a perfect vacation! The condo was beautiful and in a great location! The property owners put together a great guide for local beaches, activities and dining options! We visited Uluaa Beach, Charley Young Beach, Haleakalā and highly recommend the drive to Hana!

Great townhome in Wailea

Property was clean and quiet. Recently renovated and plenty of space for our family of 5. Very close to the Wailea beaches and easy drive to the Kihei area. Host was friendly and responsive. Its our 4th time in Maui and probably our favorite townhome. Will definitely consider coming back next time we're in Maui!

We enjoyed our time at The Palms- the view is peaceful and the condo is located in a quiet spot. It has all the amenities a family would need while vacationing on Maui- a stocked kitchen (all cooking utensils in working order), laundry was very convenient, and extra towels and bedding were available.

Fabulous Accommodations!!

Jillian is a fabulous VRBO host, communication was excellent with quick response to any questions. Our family of 6 spent 11 nights and enjoyed every minute. The check in/out process is very simple. The unit is updated with modern decor, clean and well stocked in all areas. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main living area. The kitchen had everything we needed including a crock pot and a vita mix. There was laundry pods to do laundry. The unit also has everything you needed for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels and freezer packs for the cooler. Parking was directly out front from the unit. The pool was close and perfect to watch the sunset. We would definitely rent this unit or one of three units that Jillian owns for our next family trip to Hawaii!
