You can't get closer to the beach without feeling sand between your toes: right on the ocean, with down-the-shoreline views of spectacular Kamaole II Beach, this South Kihei luxury condo, Kamaole Nalu 305, is the ultimate home base for the Maui beach experience. This unit features a Fujitsu split AC system, one of only a few in the entire complex!

It's outfitted with everything to make your family or couples beach experience the best ever. A fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to host your own island feast on the lanai patio, with beach views and caressing Maui trades setting the vibe. Or, barbecue at the beach front pool and bbq area.

Paddleboard, kayak, and snorkel right out front of the property. Twenty-five yards to the right, Kamaole I Beach awaits: 20 yards to the left, “Kam II.” Warm-water swimming and snorkeling along pristine reef may be the most strenuous thing you do all day, aside from stretching out in your Tommy Bahama chairs (provided, along with umbrella).

When you are tired of the beach, swim ocean front at the property's beautiful pool. The Master Suite is set up with a comfortable new King Bed, with a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo is set up to host six comfortably.

High-speed Wi-Fi, premium cable, and free parking are included. The property is located in the heart of South Kihei and is at the epicenter of the island's active beach lifestyle. Paddle board or kayak right off the unit, with gear rental across the street. Take surf lessons at South Kihei's 'Cove,' a two-block walk. Paradise on the Beach

This condo was perfect! It was clean, had everything you would need and close to so much. You can walk to shops and restaurants and of course the beach. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the patio listening to the waves. We will definitely stay here again! Worth every penny!!

The condo was great. Short walk to shops, restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Balcony has a beautiful view!Unfortunately, we were locked out when we came back from grocery stores one day, and it took a while to let us in. Another issue we had was that the toilet seat was broken when checked in, and it was hard to use for our first couple days. A few plumbers came to try to fix it, but it took a few days. The plumbers and communication with property management were good, but we could not relax while they came in and worked Overall, the unit had everything, and it was very nice.

Killer views

Loved the views from this unit, especially the balcony. Afternoon and early evening noise from the pool was a bit of a bummer - lots of kids and families playing - FYI. There wasn’t any cleaning products so we had to ask for that. We could not get the guest overhead fan to work, but there was a floor fan. AC kept unit nice and cool when we needed it. Loved having plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers to borrow. Unit needs a serrated knife! Great location with lots of food/shopping options within walking distance.

The view is a 1000 out of 10. The condo itself is more dated then pictures reveal - it does the job but bathrooms are small and very dated - we had 5 people and I wouldn’t do anymore than that. Outside is gorgeous but slightly dated - very amazing and convenient beach access - gorgeous sunsets!

Perfection!

Our family of 5, four adults and one teen, spent a GLORIOUS week at this condo in Maui. We loved every single thing about the accommodations, but the shining star was certainly the location. Less than one minute and you are toes in the sand! Other things to note: very comfortable beds, plenty of towels (both beach and bed), very well stocked kitchen, beach must-haves like chairs and even a couple coolers, books, games, the list goes on and on! It's clean, organized and just perfect. We will 100% stay here again!

Fantastic location!

Having easy access to a beach and pool as well as the fantastic view made this condo a great place to stay. The complex also has a lovely yard right on the ocean for enjoying the sunsets and scenery. The unit is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and very convenient to other Maui attractions. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. Great place!

Nice place and location of room, there was a bug problem, we took out all of the garbage every evening and still had roaches. Only thing that was not working but we did not need it was the TV in the Master bedroom didn’t turn on for some reason. As stated we did not need it.

We spent 7 days in 305 just returning last night. We have been vacationing in this area for 15 years and first time at this complex. We really like how the unit captures the sunrises . Amazing views in the morning with the water and mountain. Unit is nicely equipped. We will be back!

Million Dollar View

The location and view was the selling point. The condo itself was smaller than pictured but well stocked with everything you need. Could use a fresh coat of paint and a little more attention. I would stay at that location again, but just might look for a more updated unit.
