Summary:
This condo has been lovingly redesigned and newly renovated, with a spacious king bed suite and the most gorgeous panoramic view of Kalama Beach and the mountains. Located in the heart of South Maui, we are right next door to the "Barmuda Triangle," a cornucopia of 40 shops, restaurants, and tons of activities. Across the street in Kalama Park, take a peaceful stroll along the ocean pathway. You might catch a majestic view of breaching whales, dolphins, or sea turtles sunning right offshore!

The Space:
Condo Highlights:
- Fully renovated with all new furniture & new appliances.

-3 Smart tvs, including streaming services, Disney plus, Netflix, & local channel cables service( one per room).

-King size bed suite with its own private entrance to the lanai, private restroom, and walk-in closest with a full sized dresser.

-The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, and it's own private entry and restroom. It can even be completely closed off from the rest of the condo!

- The Living room has a pull out sofa bed, and 2 roll-out chairs that sleep a single person each.

-The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances.

-On the double sized lanai, we have tables, chairs, a swinging wicker chair.

-Beach chairs, Coolers, Beach towels, and even a portable play pen that you can take to the beach.

- In-Unit full-size washer and dryer.

- Miscellanous items like phone chargers, feminine pads, curling iron, and blow dryer.

-First level of the condo has a hair salon, nail salon, restaurants, surfing lessons, bike rental, and sign up for excursions like snorkeling.

The Neighborhood:
Also known as, ‘The Barmuda Triangle'', over 40 shops, restaurants, necessities, children's playground, skating rings, lots of picnic tables right by the beach, sand volleyball court, and activities are just a short walk from the condo. The surrounding area includes Charlie young beach, Kalama, and Cove Beach. There are plenty of grocery stores and food trucks within walking distance as well, even a Starbucks! We also suggest trying out some of the fine local coffee shops in the area!

The first level of the condo has a hair salon, nail salon, restaurants, surfing lessons, bike rental, and sign up for excursions like snorkeling. TIP: If you can't get a reservation at Mama's Fish House, Paia Market is a great place to get some of the freshest seafood in town, depending on when you go, there may be a little wait as they don't take reservations.

Getting Around:
Uber and car rental are always a good option, however; there is a bus stop right infront of the condo.

Other Things to Note:
We know the flight to Hawaii can be super draining, so we will usually have snacks and some bottled water for when you arrive.

Special Occasions: If you have a birthday or anniversary, let us know and we can leave a complementary bottle of wine or champagne to help you celebrate!

-Due to Maui’s rural atmosphere you may encounter roosters or geckos (harmless) and considered a sign of good luck amongst the natives.

- Although HOA schedules frequent professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents. We try our best to maintain, however it is difficult to be in control of the natural habitats.

**Please contact us if you encounter any concerns, however any contact with pest or animals is not considered breached of contract.

- There is no guarantee that adjacent units will be free from noise disturbances, including but not limited to construction, traffic, or other guest/neighbors.

**To clarify, any encounters of noise disturbances should not impact your rating of our condo.
