Aloha and Welcome to Luana Kai #C102, a beautifully remodeled, ground-floor unit in a tropical, oceanfront complex, featuring contemporary beached-inspired décor and furnishings, as well as a brand new split AC system, for your comfort.

The walkout lanai looks out on the tropical grounds with views of the ocean and the West Maui mountains. This lovely condo is moments to the beach, and just steps to the very well equipped, ocean-view pool and BBQ area. With all of the complex amenities and the beach just seconds from your door, this lovely 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is very conveniently situated within the complex. It is the perfect Maui getaway for couples and small families looking for a beautiful Maui stay just steps from all amenities and the ocean.

Luana Kai is a large, oceanfront complex - Just a short 100 yards to the beach, with only a stretch of manicured lawn between the condo and the oceanfront. There is no busy street to cross to reach the beach, just a well-kept green park. The beach is perfect for sunrise and sunset strolls, jogs, sunbathing, looking for shells or turtles, and whale watching (from December through April). Centrally located in Kihei, the complex is close to shops and restaurants, with easy access to the airport (approximately 20 minutes), as well as other towns and activities. Luana Kai is in an area bordered by long stretches of beautiful beaches with access to plenty of opportunities to snorkel, paddleboard, surf, windsurf, kayak and kiteboard.

Unit #C102 is beautiful, bright and beachy. It has been remodeled and features a brand new kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, a contemporary bathroom with a custom tile shower, a large sink/vanity area, as well as brand new split AC system, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, furnishings, window coverings, décor and linens. The bedroom features a California King size bed, plantation-style shutters, and AC. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve meals at home, while enjoying a tropical view. This unit offers the convenience of indoor/outdoor cooking and dining using the condo kitchen or the communal outdoor BBQ area and full kitchen that is just steps from the lanai, by the pool. For your convenience, the condo also includes, HD Cable TV, free wireless internet, free local and long distance calls to the U.S. and Canada, and unassigned parking in the on-site parking lot, just steps from the front door. For your convenience, we also provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great home away from home, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler. It was great being so close to the beach, even saw a turtle the day we arrived. The hosts are wonderful, easy to contact and very responsive! Highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again!

Appreciated a phone call to offer me an earlier check in by a few hours. Loved the location of the condo. So close to the pool and the beach. Was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit...or rather the lack of it. Not terrible by any means but the living room area in particular...all the upholstery was very soiled. Needs to be steam cleaned once in a while...the couch, the bar stools...the recliner. And I had to clean the cleaning supplies before I could use them. But overall, not a deal breaker. I would stay again for sure. And also must say there was a prompt response to an issue I had with an electronic device. And I was allowed a 2 hour extension on check out which was very helpful.

We throughly enjoyed our 2 week holiday at Luana Kai. This complex is ocean front with a good beach to walk on. The pool was within 50 ft of the unit. The unit itself was ok. The bedroom air conditioner was fantastic and the bed it self was very comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bar BQ kept clean by maintenance staff. A/C in the bedroom would vibrate every couple minutes for about 3 seconds but you get used to it and sleep thru it.

Well supplied with with everyday items . Excellent location for travel and steps away from beach and pool. Condo could use a little TLC and a new set of sheets . We would book this rental again. Pool , hot tub and barbeque were well maintained and clean.

A great first family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Luana Kai with our family (in a differnt unit) - a week was not long enough! The property management company was very responsive and considerate of our questions leading up to and during our stay. The unit was great for us (2 adults and a 2.5 year old) being on the ground floor, with a pack-n-play for our daughter and other ammenities such as chairs and a shade tent for the beach! The unit was comfortable and clean. My only recommendations would be to consider replacing the bathroom fan (very loud and clunky), and to provide some basic instructions for the washer/dryer and where to find the laundry detergent (which we found the last day in the kitchen) Thanks for an amazing stay, we are already looking at coming back!

The perfect spot

After leaving our previous accommodation due to flooding, we were so happy to get into this accommodation on such short notice. The property managers had the condo cleaned and ready for us within only a few hours. We had such a great experience overall. It was a beautiful space, steps from the pool, and all the amenities and gear we needed for our 10 month old. We would love to stay again!

What a treat it was to stay within walking distance to the beach where turtles often come up to bask in the sun. Our unit was very clean and well equipped for fun at the beach. Parking was close to the condo, which made it nice as well. I plan on staying there again, when we go back to Maui.

Fantastic Stay in Maui

Firstly, communication was excellent. We had all the details we needed to get our vacation underway. The property was exactly as described, it was clean on arrival, and it had everything we needed to have a great time on Maui. As for the amenity, the pool area, BBQs and grounds were fantastic. There were ample parking spaces for our car rental. There are plenty of shops within 1.5 miles if you want to buy up and do your own cooking on the BBQs. The beaches are outstanding. Recommend a short drive to Wailea Beach, but the beaches out front of the property are long and sandy, and are ideal for evening walks in the moonlight. You might even come across sea turtles choosing to snooze on the beach after a hard day’s turtling in the water.
