Great Maui condo in Wailea. Ocean view was spectacular and we saw lots of whales while enjoying the lanai. Bedrooms being on a separate level from the living space was nice so people having breakfast didn’t wake the later sleepers. Great value for what we paid!

Great Stay

Loved the cleanliness and quality of the rental. Great communication with the property manager and the location was perfect. Short walking distance to restaurants and shopping, with several excellent beaches within a short car drive.

We enjoyed our stay very much with all the amenities of home. Beautiful view overlooking Molokini and Kahoolawe islands from the upper deck. Easy walking to great shops and restaurants. This is a real gem of a place to stay when on Maui. Highly recommended for a family or couples.

Overall, great property and location.

Really enjoyed the property as did my family. Location was very convenient. Size and amenities were great. Pool was nice. Parking was a little tight at times (I wonder if other people had more than 1 car) but this was only an issue twice. TV could use a few more sports channels for the rain days but, hey, it's Hawaii. I didn't come for the TV. Would definitely come back.

May Stay Maui

Frequent travelers to Maui but first stay in Wailea Ekolu. The condo was very comfortable and clean, great location, and very quiet at night. We made friends at the pool every time we were out there. My only negative is that the condo did not have umbrellas for the beach, I understand the liability reason, but it made it inconvenient to rent one. (All other condos on the island have at least one umbrella FYI) But other than that it was a great stay.

Terrific Unit

Fantastic unit with beautiful views. The unit has all the comforts of home and all the necessary accessories. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary tools. Perfect for a family of 4. The unit was clean throughout. Management was very efficient, helpful, polite, flexible and non-intrusive. It's good to have some one available who pretty much responds immediately. We would love to stay in this unit again if we have the chance.

We loved the property and the location. Very restful with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our only complaint relates to a misleading statement about amenities with the property and the process for resolving the problem. Specifically, the BBQ grill was filthy when we arrived. I attempted to clean it, but lacked the proper tools. The Ali'i folks came over promptly and cleaned. When we tried to use it, it kept tripping the ground fault breaker. The Ali'i folks came promptly and checked the unit out and determined that it could not be repaired. They stated that they needed to talk to the owner about replacement and that would get back to us. Three days later, we still had heard anything. When I called, I was reminded the the property manager was very busy and still needed to call the owner. The property manager returned the call later that day and again said they would need to talk to the owner and would get back to us. Three days later, still no call. So, I called again. The very helpful woman said that the computer reflected no resolution of the issue, but that she would call me back in 10 minutes with any answer. God bless her: this is exactly what she did. She informed us that the grill would not be replaced and offered a discount of stay costs. While this was and is generous, we planned to do a considerable amount of grilling (don't like to cook inside if we can avoid it) and were not able to do it. This is reason for our ratings under "Accuracy of Online Listing" and "Communication with Property Manager." Having said this, we'd still love to stay at this property again...we'll just question a few things in advance before renting next time.

Very large condo with great access to shopping, eating, and beaches. We could watch whales right off the patio. We enjoyed all the amenities of the property. We would recommend this location to anyone. Loved It!

Perfect location & beautiful condo!

This was our first time to bring the 3 kids with us to Maui, and we couldn’t have stayed at a better property! The condo is beautiful and well appointed, but comfortable...just as advertised. The views are even more amazing in person and we could have easily stayed another week! The kitchen was well-stocked with anything you might need, and then some. It was even better to find another full (or queen) size bed in the 2nd bedroom so no kids had to sleet on a futon, as it appeared in the pictures. The service from Ali’i Resorts was top-notch...always helpful if I had a question and made check-in/out super easy. We would definitely love staying there again!

Great property with fantastic views in Wailea

Recently stayed at this condo. The location and views can't be beat. The unit is well stocked with everything you will need during your stay including beach chairs and is professionally managed by Ali'i resorts who met us right on time. Great location (better than the big resorts) for walking to many of the great restaurants in the Wailea area. Quick walk to the beach as well. Very comfortable and immaculate. We will be back.

Beautiful View

My family and I are still enjoying our stay on island at the townhouse. Check in was very smooth and I appreciated the greeters enthusiasm. She was just as excited for our stay as we were!! Overall I love the townhouse. It has accommodated our family well. My only disappointment is parking. Upon our adventures on the island and returning home in the evening, there is no parking. So cautiously I had to park on the outer street, not knowing at the time if that was allowed or not. Also, my main disappointment was the neighbors. I have a young girl here who called her parents with "excitement" (from the Lanai) to tell them about her exciting trip thus far, and she was yelled at by one of the neighbors "he wasn't interested in her phone call and she should go inside!" (it was roughly a 10:00 am phone call) that was a little disappointing but, otherwise, the lodging, location and views are spectacular!

This townhome has all the high end amenities you could ask for! It is obvious that the owners have taken the time to pay attention to detail. Lots of nice cookware, dishes, utensils, etc. The bedrooms are very spacious and have great beds, the showers are amazing and the décor is elegant and very pleasant. We are already planning a return visit!

Wonderful stay- beautiful townhouse!

I had the pleasure to stay for 7 nights at this townhouse rented through Ali'i Resorts. Everything went so smoothly; the booking, being met at property and all communication with Ali'i. I loved the upstairs and downstairs separation. The interior was beautiful- stone and tile, complete and nice kitchen and the lanai with fan, light and view were a favorite for morning coffee and evening drink! the ONLY small suggestion is for the owners to change out the bedroom blinds as they are too transparent allowing landscape lighting to shine in. Overall, A perfect townhouse for my relaxing vacation! Thank you!

Impressive!

We were so surprised how nice this condo was. It was very spacious, newly remodeled, nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the remodeled stone showers and slept well in the comfortable beds with quiet ac. We had our breakfast and dinners out on the huge deck with great views of the ocean and beautiful sunsets. It was a easy walk down to the beaches and Wailea walking path along the coastline. Our favorite beach Ulua is just straight down from the condo. The walking path is wonderful for a morning run and a evening stroll during sunset. Overall we loved the condo and look forward to staying here the next time we return to Maui.
