The rooms and staff were great. There was no breakfast and the indoor pool not accessible(kids disappointed) and elevators stopped working not something I expected but things happen. They were under new management and changes which understandable. There working on it.

Well I got the room because of the indoor pool hot tub, I called ahead of time before I made my reservation. I asked if the pool was open. I was told yes, so I booked the room same day. When I arrived I was told the pool room was closed due to remodeling.

There was a roach in the bathroom. The elevator didn’t work. We had to use the stairs. The pool was closed for maintenance. The Jacuzzi was dirty and the rooms were dirty I will not stay there again
