Kilbourne Lodge is a warm and modern 1960s mid-century ski chalet with a stunning oversized stone fireplace, angled roofline, and warm wood interiors. Ideally located off Killington Rd—just 5 minutes to the lifts and on the ski shuttle route.

3 bedrooms, 2 baths, free EV charger, and ample parking complete the stay

Location: Kilbourne Lodge is located just off Killington Rd toward the bottom of the mountain. Across the street is The Woods Resort & Spa. Many more restaurant and bars can be reach in 10-20 in walk, or <5 min drive.

During ski season it is <5 min drive to base parking lots. There is a shuttle stop right across the street for rides up and down the mountain for "ski-in/ski-out". In peak winter season, many restaurants also offer free shuttles / DDs for drop-offs along Killington Rd, perfect for nights out after a few drinks!

Kilbourne Lodge was built in 1962 by eight friends to use as a "Share House", and it served them well. In the early 2000s it was turned into a full time vacation rental.

Kilbourne Lodge is equipped with sensor devices (Nest Thermostat, Nest Protect, Minut) that monitor the environment inside the lodge (e.g. temperature, smoke / carbon monoxide, humidity, noise levels, and motion) to ensure guests have a safe and pleasant stay. There is an exterior security camera on the front porch. It will be on during your stay. No audio or video recording devices are located inside the lodge.
