Newly renovated and spacious 2Br/2Ba condo at Mountain Green Resort is just an 8 mins walk to Killington Mountain, Snowshed Lodge. During the ski season, take advantage of the free shuttle to the mountain for door to door service.

The space accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. Offering a full kitchen, two full bathrooms and a total of five beds (includes queen sleeper sofa). TV`s in each room with free WiFi and Roku (in BRs) for streaming. There is no cable TV.

The unit is located in Bldg 3, along with all the resort amenities. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and fitness center 9am-9pm. The outdoor heated swimming pool, BBQ grills and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Spartan Race weekend.

Mountain Green is a family-friendly resort. Quiet hours are observed between 10pm to 8am. No parties/events. No smoking/vaping inside the unit or in the shared spaces. No pets or unauthorized animals allowed by guests. The resort will impose a $200 fine. There are cameras throughout the common areas of the resort.

There are a lot of great restaurants, night clubs and local grocery stores along the access road to Killington Mountain.

Contactless self check in with your own personalized code. There is no concierge service.

Ski Lockers in front of Building 3, labeled A4 & A4A. Locker keys are with the white key cards.

Black Dog Sports is open for equipment sales and rentals (Level C)

The Cluckin` Cafe` is our seasonal in-house restaurant (Level C)

Coin-operated laundry facility (Level A)

**ANNUAL RESORT RENOVATIONS from May - November. You may experience noise or other inconveniences. The porch may not be available due to safety**

**CANCELLATIONS made within the free cancellation period will be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee**
Please observe the resort`s quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

Please store your snow equipment in the ski locker located in front of Building 3. Do not bring skis or snowboards inside the unit and do not leave them in the hallway or any shared space.

No pets allowed - the resort will impose a $200 fee for any unregistered animal.

No smoking or vaping inside the unit or in the common areas - cleaning crew will charge a minmum of $200 for interior cleaning and the resort will fine $200 for any outside violation.

When checking out:
- Please turn down the Mysa (white) thermostats down to 60F.
- Please turn off the fireplace, all lights and fans (black remote).
- Please hang the facilities card key and ski locker key (white card on green lanyard) on the hook by the entry door. There is a $50 charge for lost card key and/or ski locker key.
- Please wash all used dish ware.
- Please take out all trash and place them in the dumpsters.
- Lock entry door (press the padlock)

Note: This is our second home, please treat it with care. All issues or damages must be reported during your stay.

Place was great for us. Had the basics and in a good location. Pillows are pretty stiff. Bring your own! It was a bummer the pool closes at 9:00. Bring your own water. It definitely is horrible. We ended up not even using the shuttle and driving ourselves back and forth from the slopes. Ski lockers were rough.

Location, location, location! 1 minute to K1 lodge and gondola and my family could not have have happier. The condo was clean and well appointed, had a stocked kitchen (including coffee ), and plenty of room to spread out. Shirley is a very patient and welcoming host and so responsive. The building has an indoor pool and hot tubs and saunas (yes, more than one!) and a fitness center. Would definitely stay there again!

Best location - Family friendly!

We booked our trip last minute and got the perfect place. My kids loved the indoor pool and the space in the 2nd bedroom (they each got their own bed). I loved that we could rent skis right inside the building. The daycare for the slopes was right around the corner as well as Ramshead and K1. If you're looking for convenience with amenities then this is the place to consider.The condo itself was very clean and well kept. The shower pressure was great and better than I expected. As noted my owner, the hot water needs time to replenish so plan ahead if you all need to shower. Use bottled water for all cooking or drinking (even coffee). Again we knew this ahead of time thanks to the owner.The temps were cold and the winds were some of the worst but we had the best time. Having a place to come back to that superseded our expectations made our trip complete.

Perfect weekend ski trip stay.

The place was great and the host was very helpful. Everything was nicely organized, clean, and accurately described. Bedroom set up was perfect for me and my teenage boys. We didn’t cook at all, but it seems the kitchen was perfectly stocked! The host was great and checked in on us when we hadn’t checked in until late. Great communication all around!

Early season ski trip

Spent almost a week at the condo and it was great! Everything you need is there and felt like a real home. Steam room was awesome and the gym area was very well appointed with free weights and lots of machines. Shuttle came to back door for pick up and was easy to get on/off the hill each day. Highly recommend this property.

Nice Condo in Ok Surroundings

The condo itself is nice, clean, and cozy. Would have liked some better kitchen equipment. Silverware needs replacing etc.The resort its self needs major updating. And there was construction going on right outside our window every morning making a lot of noise. Even on Sat / Sun which I thought was rediculous. Host was kind and helpful. I would just be careful if you like your sleep and the construction is still going on near this unit.

Bear Mountain Convert

Fantastic location with all the ammenities needed for a perfect ski trip! If you have your own equipment there is a shed right outside the front door by the bus stop, making loading and unloading really easy. If you need equipment, Black Dog Sports is incredible and right in the lobby! The shuttle to the mountain is quick and its also close enough to walk, but maybe not for everyone... The appartment was very clean with everything you need. We had planned to cook when we saw the kitchen and knew how close the supermarket was in town. However the 3 minute walk to the Distillery for dinner and drinks turn out to be a better decision. The owners communication was exceptional and you can clearly see their pride in the condition of their place. We have always stayed over by Bear Mountain, but after this past weekend we definitely plan to be back!

Family ski trip

Overall the condo was perfect for our ski trip. We found the condo to be in excellent condition. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Condo was quiet which we appreciated to get a good nights sleep. We loved using the shuttle to the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked. Shirley answered any questions we had with a quick response. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Although the weather was terrible, and there was no skiing which was the reason we came up, the accommodations were more than adequate. It was unfortunate that the pool area was closed while we were there, and we did not find out until we had arrived.

Killington ski trip

Amazing amazing condo. Exactly as in picture. Super clean. Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need - all sizes of pots and pans, lot of dishes and serving bowls, all in great condition. Lots of utensils. Lots of dish and dishwasher detergent. If you are planning to cook there, no need to bring anything. All appliances super clean. Everyone loves the room with the 3 beds - very rare to see this setting - perfect for a family of 4. There were more than enough towels for everyone. You can tell Shirley loves skiing as per the decor. Shirley was very responsive - followed up to see if all was ok. This condo is located next to the mountain - so convenient. The free shuttle comes by every 15 mins. It's also a short walk to the snowshed. The fully renovated pool is sooo nice. Big pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room. Everything new. Private individual showers for everyone. Will definitely consider this place again for our next Killington ski trip. Thank you Shirley! :-)

Best of the Best for Mountain Green

The condo was immaculate and gave my family a home away from home feel upon entry. The owner was a great communicator before, during and after our stay. She was very accommodating and upfront about any imperfections of the stay (construction on the property). Beds were comfortable, towels were the type that actually dry your skin (big plus for that). Close to everything and quiet during appropriate times. We couldn’t be happier and will likely seek out this property again next year.
