This inviting cabin is situated just a short stroll from the sparkling shores of Kings Beach, along with a number of restaurants, shops, and gear rental services along Lake Boulevard. Old Brockway Golf Course is less than a half-mile from the home and you'll be a mile from access to the North Tahoe Regional Park trail network. Northstar Resort is only six miles up the road.

Alpine-inspired decor fills the cozy interior, helping to set the tone for your stay. The space is well-appointed for contemporary home comfort with highlights including a full kitchen, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer. A wood stove in the living room serves as a toasty living room centerpiece and a smart TV is equipped for casual home entertainment. A small reading nook separating the bedrooms at the top of the stairs offers a quiet spot to crack open a good book.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
