"We had a little confusion when we first got to the property. When we got to the motel the doors were locked. I called the number on the door and they explained that you do a pre check in form and they send you a code to your room. They said they didn’t have a phone number for me so they couldn’t text me the form. It was snowing pretty hard (on the 3rd of May lol) and we were tired from the drive. The form wouldn’t allow me to put in my credit card number so the staff member on the phone put it in. Not being able to get into our room right away was a bit of a bummer. Make sure the motel has your number! Once in we found the room to be clean and well stocked with towels and coffee. The motel is across from the lake but it looks like if you are on the third floor you would have a view. There is no elevator so keep that in mind when booking your room. The location is good and there is a good steakhouse right next door. There are several restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream places within a short drive from the motel. All and all for the price it was good motel!"

"Amazing stay at amazing Lake Tahoe. Could not be in a better location. King’s Beach is our favorite Tahoe spot and this home checked all the boxes. Spacious, well-equipped, and walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, and to the lakefront. It was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
