Studio minutes to Kings Beach and Northstar; spa, pool

We can't wait to share our newly remodeled, family-friendly, centrally-located condo with you! Its North Lake Tahoe location is 5 min to King's Beach & 10 min to skiing in Northstar. Enjoy the well-appointed kitchen with full-size appliances and quartz counter tops. The condo complex has a hot tub, pool, sauna, and clubhouse offering ping pong, air hockey, and a pool table. 

The Space:

This updated condo is a 430 sq ft, ground-floor studio with a hybrid queen mattress, full bath, sleeper sofa, dining table, 55" flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and a patio complete with a table and chairs to enjoy the "alpenglow".

Parking and Accessibility:

Parking is located directly outside the condo.  There is handicap parking available. The condo is on the ground floor but you will need to go up approximately 3 stairs to access the condo

Swimming pool (Seasonal Memorial Day - Labor Day weekend)

Hot tub (open year-round) 

Vintage 70’s style clubhouse featuring ping pong, pool, air hockey, and a gas fireplace with plenty of sofas to lounge on.

Saunas are located within the clubhouse bathrooms.

Laundry room with access to coin-op/app style washer and dryers just up the hallway.

Guests have full access to the entire condo except for one small, locked owner's closet.

Location:

This condo is centrally located within the sugar pine forests in North Lake Tahoe and in close proximity to popular Kings Beach (5 min) and Northstar Ski Resort (10 min). Enjoy a serene, wooded, neighborhood feel with the convenience of quickly accessing stores, restaurants, activities, and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet with access to the Tahoe National Forest and Tahoe Rim Trail steps away from the condo.

King's Beach is a cute lakeside village offering multiple beaches, shopping, restaurants, boating, and many more activities. It's a popular location with tourists and locals alike. One of our favorite summer activities is to go to the free, Friday-night concerts at the beach from June through August.

Northstar is our closest ski resort. This all-inclusive resort features world-class ski slopes, multiple restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. Northstar also offers downhill lift-served mountain biking during the summer months.

Access to the Tahoe Rim Trail, great for hiking and mountain biking, is located just outside our condo on forest trails.  The North Tahoe Regional Park is also accessible by trails right from the condo and offers groomed cross country skiing trails in the winter and a ropes course, disc golf and hiking in the summer.

The King's Run complex has a bit of a vintage 70's vibe but don't judge a book by the cover! Inside our condo, you'll find things fresh, clean, stylish, and newly remodeled.



The easiest way to access this property is by using a private vehicle. Parking is located on the property in guest parking zones. There is parking available immediately outside of the condo.  

Transportation: There is free shuttle service to any north Lake Tahoe and Truckee locations using TART connect. Simply download the app and a TART shuttle will come and get you and take you to your desired location.

There is a train station in Truckee (about 20 min drive away) and you can take public transportation from the station via the TART shuttle.

It's a 10-minute, downhill bike ride from our condo to downtown King's beach.

Wildlife:

Please note that as you enjoy the beautiful national forest, trails, and meadows right outside the door, you may encounter forest animals like deer, raccoons, chipmunks, owls, stellar jays, bears, and coyotes. Bears have been known to visit the condo complex in search of food. The bears can get into trash dumpsters, cars, and condos that have not been properly locked and secured. Therefore, please do not leave any food in your car or on the porch. Please close your windows all the way and lock your cars. Lock the sliding glass door when you are not in the condo. Please dispose of all trash in the dumpster located in the adjacent parking lot and please lock up the dumpster properly.
