This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo is located mere steps away from Lake LBJ! It has a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom on the main level, and a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom on the 2nd level. The kitchen is spacious and has all the cookware and plates you need to have a meal! There is a patio where you can enjoy a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Lake LBJ!

Located at Rio Vista Resort & RV Park the Spain Condo includes all the amenities offered to all resort guests. The Condo is located within steps of the pool (open March until the end of October) and hot tub and near the playground and mini golf course. There is also a ping pong table, game room, and splashpad to entertain the kids! There is someone available to answer any questions you may have 24 hours a day. The office phone number is (325) 388-6331.

If you are looking for a day on the lake there is a boat launch ramp and complimentary boat slip steps away from the Condo. If you need a boat, we can recommend a company who rents out boats and jet skis and they will launch them for you right at the resort.

Rather Disappointing!

When we first walked in to the condo, it reeked of cigarettes. The return air vent, above the refrigerator, was absolutely filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! The condo said it would sleep 5, which is how many we had, with the 3rd bed being the couch. There were no linens, blankets, anything for the couch. Fortunately, we brought a couple of blankets. The “resort”itself was lacking. There was no water trampoline, as advertised. We attempted to go by the office twice, and both times it was locked. So, my kids wanted to play pool, but we couldn’t get a hold of anyone for the equipment. We wound up leaving a day early , and do not plan on ever returning. Lesson learned!

Overall, a good vacation rental. The place needs to be updated and the kitchen has very few dishes, utensils, cookery, but we really enjoyed our stay.

In the middle of this pandemic, this is a place to get some good time, place is perfect to hang out, go out fishing if you like or rent a boat or jet ski and enjoy the lake that is 21 minute away on a walking distance. Looking forward to get back out there.

Great all the way around!

The place is clean and nicely updated. The communication was outstanding. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The management office was very eager to ensure our experience was a good one. We had to call with one request and they took care of it immediately!
