Property was relatively clean though I thought was over priced and not the best location either. Check in was pretty lousy and very slow.

Our suit was very nice and clean. Loved the full fridge and the real cups in the suit. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. BUT there was a strong odour in the suit of moisture and Wet dog. (Not a fan)

Our room was too small for an extended stay. The air conditioner was noisy and when it wasn’t running the room was poorly ventilated. The tv guide did not line up with the actual channels. The dishwasher wasn’t working but was fixed upon request.

Great place to stay to explore Kingston and the surrounding area. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and had everything we needed. Breakfast is a hot and cold buffet style - nothing fancy but it was fine. Restaurant next door was good and as long as you show your hotel keycard there is a good discount to be had. Parking was easy and there was loads of space. It’s a bit out of town so you need a car really but I think it was better than anything we saw downtown.
