The Shirley retreat was one of the most amazing hotels I have ever been to. If you’re looking for a quiet . This is the place if you’re not looking for a place with a pool I just want something quiet and easy. I would recommend sure retreat because it was so easy to get there and so easy to check in and the staff was just extra extraordinary. I would recommend it to anybody else.
We came to Kingston on a quick turnaround trip on business. The property is closest to Kingston 10, Halfway Tree, Marley museum and all things Kingston. Room was quiet, clean and air conditioned. Only one channel on TV but WiFi throughout
The Dahlia room was very good.Hot water during the entire stay and good drainage in the tub.

I like that front desk staff and cook were friendly and professional.
I didn’t like that although there were two guests there was only one hand towel and the maid did not replace the hand towel or wash cloths after the first day.
This is my second stay at the hotel. The staff was helpful, property quiet and I felt safe. The room was also very clean and there was more than adequate parking for guests' vehicles. I recommend this hotel to anyone considering making a booking at this hotel.

I stayed here before and will always return for short stays. Very convenient area. Staff are absolutely amazing ppl. I got an early check in (I was very early), always greeted with a smile and this hotel is one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. My only issues this time was no phone in my room, no hot water at the sink and the bed was a bit hard but nothing that was unbearable. I will be back, feels like home!

Horrible property and poor service, value for money was certainly not there!
Fabulous little hotel just a 5 min walk from the Bob Marley Museum. A safe hotel, basic but what we expected, very clean (I would have given it 6 stars if I could), easy to find, loads of parking. Staff are friendly. Very nearby in a few mins walk is a coffe shop, supermarket and a local bar and restaurant.
Front desk had good customer service. Outside was beautiful. I felt safe. Room was nice and big.
Breakfast area needs and up do. We didn’t stay for breakfast. It was ok to stay the night
