The hotel was neat clean and inviting. The reception area had a pleasant fruity aroma and was nicely decorated. The room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was included and was excellent which gave us a good start to our day. The staff was pleasant and the amenities were fine. Hotel location was central and convenient.

The room was well appointed, updated with beautiful decor. Very comfortable bedding. Very large space. The on-site restaurant had good food offerings. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Great value for money. The only hiccup was that there was only one elevator working for the entire building. It was so frustrating I had to take off one Star.

Room clean and beautiful, nice house keepers, very great management team and staff, Mrs Reynolds and other managers are helpful, friendly and professional, Craig and other staff at front desk are always friendly and helpful, Sedrina, Amoya and other restaurant staff are always nice helpful and professional I love the food it’s amazing good menu lots of options great Chef, clean restaurant , beautiful clean and nice lobby with sweet aroma. I kept extending my stay because of circumstances beyond my control, didn’t want anywhere else to stay the staff are very nice and professional Mrs Reynolds is very nice, professional and helpful, management team are extremely awesome (love them). Craig and other front desk staff are very nice and professional. The food is to die for great flavor with lots of options to choose from, very nice and clean restaurants with very friendly staff Sedrina , Amoya and all the staff are excellent. My room is clean beautiful and comfy. Very nice house keepers, hardworking maintenance team, No regrets, no complaints, Love this Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at The Courtleigh Hotel and Suites from last Sunday until today. Everything was excellent. The staff were friendly, caring, and truly welcoming from start to finish. The front desk team was always helpful and kind, making check-in and any questions easy and stress-free. Housekeeping was absolutely superb—special thanks to Nadia, who kept my room spotless every single day. Her hospitality and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Big thanks to the chef and all the dining room staff for consistently great service. Overall, shout-out to all the staff, even though I don’t remember everyone’s name. Your professionalism and warmth made this stay special. One love ❤️ I’ll definitely be back—no other hotel for me. Courtleigh all the way.
