There are holiday homes with views, and then there is Marina View. From this stunning single-storey property you can see the Atlantic Ocean, the Bandon River and Kinsale Marina all at once. A panorama that stops guests in their tracks on arrival and keeps them coming back year after year.

Six beautifully appointed bedrooms sleeping up to 20 guests, generous open-plan living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and one of the finest family gardens of any holiday property in Ireland. Marina View sits just three minutes from the centre of Kinsale town, making it as convenient as it is beautiful.

Set entirely on one floor, it’s one of the most wheelchair accessible self-catering holiday homes on the Wild Atlantic Way. Ideal for multigenerational families, guests with limited mobility, parents with young children and anyone who simply wants space, comfort and breathtaking views.

The heart of Marina View is its wonderfully bright and spacious open-plan living area. A space that immediately feels like somewhere you want to spend a week. Four large sofas, gorgeous Bandon River views through the patio doors and a warmth and character that makes it equally perfect for a cosy movie night or a lively group evening in.

The dining area flows directly from the living space and seats 16 guests, with patio doors opening out to the exterior dining terrace, so that on a good evening the boundary between inside and outside simply disappears.

The kitchen is modern, spacious and fully equipped with every appliance and piece of equipment a group needs for a week of self-catering. A central island doubles as a breakfast bar and a natural gathering point. It’s the kind of kitchen where everyone ends up congregating, glass of wine in hand, while dinner is being prepared.

We do not allow outside music at this property as are neighbours are nearby

Please enter the correct amount of guests staying when booking , so that adequate beds, bed linen, towels are left out for all guests, the cost of the property is based on how many guests are staying and this is checked at check in to make sure it’s correct at all our properties. Anyone found having extra guests on the grounds of the property will be asked to leave immediately and no refunds will be given.
Day guests are charged at the same price as guests staying the night, which is €50 per day.

The extra single beds are only put into the property when there is more than 12 guests booked for.

The property can sleep 20 guests, the most you can enter on here is 16 guests, above 16 guests is just €50 per person per night, which will be added on.

You must be 23 years of age or older to hire this property, which will be checked on arrival if need be.

The entire house is yours , no one else will be sharing it with you.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED OF ANY KIND

Under 2 years of age are classed as infants and are not charged for staying , but proof of age maybe checked on arrival if needed.

we have 3 cots at the house for you to use plus a feeding chair.

Children over the age of 2 on check in are classed as children and are charged.

The house is accessed via gates so the property is secured for your safety.

The house itself is a modern 6 bedroom 3 bathroom house, large modern kitchen / diner , living room with views of the river

There is 1 other seating area outside by the kitchen.

There is a large 42ft climbing frame in the front garden along with kids trampoline, swings and slide.

In the outside garage there is a football table and tennis table , with lighting in there so it can be used in the evenings.

The nearest beach is the Dock beach which is only a 3 minute drive away

All guests are advised to take out travel insurance , incase you need to cancel your booking for unseen reasons , or if some guests decide they do not want to stay , or for damages done at the property during your stay , this is optional of course and is down to the person making the booking.


We have an agreement with our neighbours that the outside gazebo and children’s facilities won’t be used past 10pm for noise reasons , please can you keep to this and respect our neighbours.

There is a damage deposit of €450 to be paid 1 week before arrival, this is released on departure as soon as the cleaner has checked the property on departure.


Please note the gardener may visit during your stay to maintain the grounds of the property.
