Book a hotel near Knokke-Heist Beach, Knokke-Heist

"I rarely write reviews (especially if I had a positive experience). However, in this case, I felt really compelled to write on. This is a smaller hotel, 1 block from the beach in Knokke and family run. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. They are very accommodating with special requests. The breakfast is very nice with many sweet little details (no pun intended) and plenty of choice. The room we stayed in accomodated the three of us very well. We had very comfortable box spring twin beds with super soft duvet covers and the third person slept comfortably on the pull out sofa. We will be back when in Knokke! "

"Dear VRBO I have to give a very bad review to Dann The add that Danny put on your site is a complete and total lie. The add reads waterfront. Truth is the sea is half mile away, and not visible from the property. Danny’s add reads sleeping 6. But this is absolutely not true: First bedroom reads a king bed, and yes, there is a king bed. Second bedroom reads: a queen bed and two beds. Really, there is a bunk bed and on the top it is very small space between the bed itself and the ceiling for a small child. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for small children. That’s it. I would say that the property is sleeping a couple and one or two small CHILDREN. That’s it. When I made contact with Danny, in July, he knew we were coming from the US and i insisted on the fact that I was coming with my mother in law who was turning ninety (90). Since we had no car, I asked if we could walk to the beach and go to restaurants by foot with someone who did not walk for a long time. He said yes, restaurants, shopping, beach were very close. I let you know about these conversations because i insisted several times on my coming with a 90 year old lady. My stay has been awful, because my mother in law did not have a decent bedroom. No this property is not sleeping 6. It is a terrible lie. The pictures in your website are showing the dining and living room, not the kid bedroom The property does not provide another option such as, for instance, a sofa bed. this owner"

"The property is very well located, service is excellent and prompt. Love the decor of the hotel and rooms, the understated luxury is palpable, Bar is excellent The only objection is that we were given a room without windows (yes, no windows!). No mention in the reservation or at check in on this "detail". The room was beautiful, but never experienced something like this in a 5 star property (or any property)"

"Fine three star hotel in shopping area of Knokke. A bit of a walk to the beach area but doable. Parking can be tricky in this area, but train station area nearby. Air conditioning in room was very helpful given hot weather. Helpful staff."
