"We asked for early check-in but only arrived 15 minutes before check in, they told me I’d need to wait 30 minutes (15 min after check in time). When the man in my group asked, a room was ready in 5 minutes. We rushed off to a wedding to return late at night and find the bathroom has not been throughly cleaned, there was hair and urine on the toilet. We opted to use the downstairs toilet for a clean seat. When I spoke to the desk person the next morning she told me the room was checked by a manager and that it was certainly cleaned properly but when she asked for pictures I did have them and explained I was the only one who had entered the bathroom therefore I’m sure no one used it before we left for the wedding. Because I did not book directly they only offered me a Starbucks gift card. Also, the breakfast included was disappointing, there were no hot options. Good thing is ihop is across the plaza. Overall the staff were not helpful or friendly and the cleanliness left something to be desired."

"Our stay was definitely nice but became a five plus at breakfast! The chef Shelia did a tremendous job! It was my first time ever at a hotel breakfast not having to doctor up the grits!!! They were perfect!!! My wife and i both loved the bacon done just right! You could also get eggs however you wanted but I stuck with the grits and bacon!!! The whole staff was great would stay again!!!!"

"Our checkin went smooth received cards to room & received adaptable room on 2nd floor . The room was clean & cold when we entered room I was not happy with no breakfast when I came down by 8:00 am . Everything was gone . I was lucky to get coffee. While sitting in the breakfast room & verbal loud argument started by a woman with long bleach braids behind the counter with another woman with a black top / black pants . The lady behind counter came toward her screaming etc at her& she back & she left the building. It was very unprofessional. We came back late evening for the night & no maid have entered our room to give us fresh towels or made up beds . The beds not being made up wasn’t a need to be done . I have never been in a hotel without service. This morning my husband went downstairs to get coffee around 8:00 sm no food & he said creamer was gone . When we’re were leaving no cups to get coffee . I checked out & waited for 15 mins waiting for an employee to come to front desk . I checked out & I Asked for a receipt. On the receipt was $234.00 for room 201 but not my credit card last 4 numbers. I paid for 2 nights on Expedia . I won’t be using your motel again. I get better service with Wyndham ( La Quinta inn & Holiday Inn . I paid $344.00 for 2 nights"
