It was ok. The house was large enough to accommodate all of our family members. The biggest drawbacks were no dining space and the swing set in the back yard is unusable.

Perfect multi-family option

We loved how large the house was. It accommodated several families who were in town for a wedding. The multiple rooms with bathrooms made getting everyone ready on time a breeze. We could not have asked for a more perfect house for our needs.

Perfect Graduation Accommodations

We had a lovely stay here. The host was very responsive and super accommodating! We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the house was. It was the perfect place for a large group to celebrate my graduation as it was super close to downtown and the university! Everything was great!

We were 1/2 hour away and still had not received our code and this was at 3:45pm and check in was at 4pm. Upon our checkout we had no direction of what was expected when we left , in other places we get that the night before , so we did take out garbage , put all used towels in one bathroom and put bedding in middle of beds on the ones we used.. besides that is was convent for what we needed it for .

The property was a great location to the civic center, and it was plenty of room for our group. Upstairs was beautiful, but downstairs was a bit older and not as clean in the bathrooms. Overall our stay was great.

Great location with easy access to everything

Our family enjoyed our stay here while we were looking for a new home in Tennessee. This property had tons of sleeping options and was very close to many of the great stores and amenities Knoxville has to offer. The host was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in helping me find a wedding ring I had lost in the yard. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great house for a group. We used for UTK rush before apartment leases began. Only about 10 minute drive to the school. Host was great with communication and answered all questions quickly Ran into an issue with move in and host was able to extend without an issue House was very clean with tons of places to sleep Would definitely recommend !

Family Lodging for College Graduation

This property is perfect for extended families of multiple ages and mobility needs! Super clean, freshly renovated, new furniture, great temperature control and fully equipped full kitchen. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows, towels, iron and ironing board, blow dryer. James thought of everything to make our stay wonderful! Location is perfect, close to University of Tennessee campus (10-12 minutes away) gas stations, food city, shopping all within 5-7 minutes drive. We had a fantastic time, we had family from several states meet to celebrate graduation and the property accommodations were cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for a great rental!

Just right for our family

We booked this property over Thanksgiving. Half of our family live in Knoxville and we needed a place for the other half of our out-of-town family to stay. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was exactly what we needed. In fact, the bedrooms and bathrooms probably could handle the number it is advertised for, which is 17 people, with all the double beds. But you would not be able to sit 17 people in one place to eat. There was a small 2-person table in the kitchen. There was another 2-person table I the living room area. There were 4 TV stands in the living room area. I'm glad we did not plan to host Thanksgiving dinner here. The kitchen had everything we needed for any standard-day meal, but would not have been big enough to make a large dinner for a large group. There were TVs in EVERY room which allowed family to split up and spend time on their own. We could gather in the living room and sit on the couches. But we were never able to get the main TV working...issues with it connecting to the WiFi. This was not a big deal for us and I'm sure if we contacted the host, he would have addressed it. The house was clean and provided soap, towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
