Cold shower - comfortable bed

It would have been a five star except for the cold shower. Never got warm - I was definitely shivering during and after the shower. When we checked in at 9pm there was a blower running in room and a note that said don’t use shower for 6 hours so epoxy can dry - I put the blower outside in the hallway in case they needed it during the night. Ice machine on 5th floor was out of service. Told clerk all the above and he just shrugged. Bed was comfortable and room was clean which was the most important things.

Mini fridge didn’t work wasn’t cooling. Walls needed a lot of work. Mold in the bathroom. Toilet seat had burn marks on it. Guess for 88 bucks you get what you pay for.

Very good. Google has a little trouble locating the place but it's a very nice hotel. Large, well-maintained rooms. Breakfast could use some fruit and we're not fans of the fake scrambled eggs. Desk clerk morose and mumbly. But vastly better than the economy hotels.

Avoid this hotel. Don't waste your money or time.

Terrible Don't waste your money. Felt like it was a road side Motel.. Room was dirty, Bedding was stained, curtains and furniture were stained. Paint was pealing all through unit. Just a terrible experience. Staff was not helpful at all and argued the condition of the room. Looked like they tried to cover some of the issues up with paint. We immediately didn't even take our bags off our cart went to front desk and checked back out. Staff would not answer the phone when hotels.com tried to call them. When I went back down to desk she was sitting there on her cell phone. Just a terrible experience. We were put on the 4th floor not sure about other rooms but they didn't look anything like the pictures listed on hotels.com not even the same furniture. It was just unbelievable. Bugs inside the sign on the wall.
