The staff were amazing . Even though they don’t normally have “breakfast on the go” bags on the weekend, the stall made up three bags for us, as we had to leave at 6am. KUDOS

I do apologize you weren't completely satisfied with your attempted stay with us. Once I received the complaint that you didn't like your bed we allowed you to check out with a full refund. As far a a drug user in the lobby..this is behavior we do not tolerate if we are aware. We have spent over a one million in renovations and are very proud of this hotel. Once again..we are a hotel and can't screen every single person...but I can assure you and our future guests that we take every safety precaution being a hotel who is open to the public. But thank you for bringing this to my attention. Thank you for your time and have a great rest of your week.
