This is a unit that is located in East Knoxville about 15 minutes from downtown Knoxville and about 20-25minutes to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. It is a guesthouse that has a private bedroom, one full bathrooms, and a full kitchen to cook in during your stay plus an air mattress you can set up in the living area. It does have another house on the property that is rented out so this is more perfect for a quiet family than someone who anticipates making lots of noise during their stay.
