Points faibles : Arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce.
1. No signage or indication of the location of the hotel, just a tall locked gate.
2. Upon arrival the site manager has no idea what Expedia is and is not prepared to host us, even though paid for.
3. Site manager calls someone else, I believe his son, latter tells me to cancel the Expedia resevation. Advised that it is already paid for on said platform.
4. Major rodent infestetion in the hut. Constant crawling between the roof and ceieling boards at night, sleeping is impossible.
5. Told site manager we are going to a resturant in the evening, says we should come eat with him, accepted to not come off as rude.
6. After leaving the property early morning on the day of check out, called by site manager' son. They are very upset that we did not come and thank them a second time for the mesl before we left.
7. Threatening with calling police because "we did not pay" - again advised that it's already paid though Expedia. Host then claims Expedia does not transfer the money to him.
Please stay away for your own good.
