Amazing pool villa in Lamai, have city town not so far. Possible to walk or rent bike. Great area very quiet and beautiful

Villa located in a quieter area

Hotel staff: Con: Informed the receptionist (2 days prior) that we needed an early check out at 6am as we had to catch our ferry. They mentioned that they will be at the villa at 5.45am, however they appeared at 6.15am which caused us to be late. Con: Came up with excuses as to why they couldn't do laundry for us even though we were willing to pay double the price (compared to other places). They asked us to go down the road. Cleanliness: Con: The white towels provided for the rooms was very stained (black and brown strains). Con: We paid the cleaning fee that was listed and received cleaning once in 4 days, but the job was not done properly (sand still on the bathroom floor, dishes not cleaned, sheets that didn't fit the beds). Villa: Pro: The villas itself was very comfortable, the beds was comfortable and the villa itself looked new. The pool was nice and clean. Fees: Pro: The additional fee for cleaning and utilities was displayed on the Expedia site prior to booking, which we agreed to pay at the time of booking. Con: The property also charges additional fees for power usage, which turned out to be quite high in cost for a 4 nights stay.

5 Sterne für das Haus und Personal. 3 Sterne insgesamt nur weil die Zimmer nur alle 5 Tage gereinigt werden und wir über 100€ extra zahlen mussten, weil am Ende nochmals der Strom und Wasserverbrauch verrechnet wird. Gratis Getränke gab es auch nicht, alles nur extra Kosten.

Bon séjour mais propreté et service à revoir.

Ménage effectué tous les 5 jours. Insuffisant à notre goût car villa rapidement salie, surtout famille avec enfants… 1 jour sur 2 serait l’idéal ! Les salles d’eau ont besoin de rafraîchissement et le linge de maison (serviettes, linge de lit) ont très mauvaise odeur d’humidité, de mal lavé. Bref, ne sent pas le propre et changé seulement tous les 5 jours ! A revoir au niveau de la propreté. Personnel de la réception inexistant car rarement présent sur place. La communication se fait principalement via whatsapp. Sinon, grande piscine, extérieur agréable et bien entretenu et localisation à 1km de la plage de Lamia beach et des commerces. Faisable à pieds.

Fijn privé zwembad!

Fijn privé zwembad met eigen tuintje heerlijk rustig. De villa is eenvoudig maar prima.airco’s werken goed. We hebben wel 6 grote kakkerlakken moeten verwijderen en je kan geen eten bewaren in het huisje want het zit zo bomvol met mieren. Je zit ook tegen de jungle aan dus dat hoort er dan bij denk ik. Via de receptie een motorscooter gehuurd dit ging super goed en werkte uitstekend. Wel aan te raden om eigen vervoer te regelen anders is het toch allemaal wel een eindje lopen. Jonge dame bij de receptie is erg Vriendelijk en behulpzaam niks is te veel. Houd er wel rekening dat aan het einde van je verblijf nog voor het water en elektra betaald moet worden.

acceuil HONTEUX et hygiène a revoir !

vons séjourné 6 nuitées dans une villa du sawan villa. A notre arrivée à 13h30, avons été accueilli par Pan, un employée thailandaise. En 29 fois en Thailande, je n'ai jamais eu un si mauvais accueil. Malgré notre bonne humeur et notre discrétion, elle fût totalement antipathique. Elle nous a accompagnée jusqu'à la villa en tirant une tronche pas possible. L'intérieur de la villa est fort sommaire. Aucun luxe et murs pas toujours frais et propres. Les robinetteries également et de nombreux problèmes d'écoulement de douche et évier. Mais le plus gros problème réside dans la propreté des oreillers. Ceux-ci sont tout jaunâtres avec de nombreuses oréoles. Cela a été expliqué à la réception qui a juste dit que c'était normal car les tâches ne partent plus au lavage ... Après vérifications, tous les oreillers étaient dégoûtants. Les matelas également et ont du vivre des nuits très agitées... dégoûtant ! Au niveau des transats piscine, ne pas se fier aux photographies. Ceux-ci sont en bois et aucun coussin n'est prévu. Le tarif du transfert en taxi est de 800 thb alors qu'il doit être de 600 thb... partout ailleurs. Et en quittant les lieux, alors que nous avions mis les air conditionnés en mode ECO, on nous facture 2500 thb d'électricité pour 6 nuitées!!! Il s'agit d'une veritable arnaque organisée. En conclusion, fuyez cet établissement et trouvez meilleur ailleurs surtout au prix proposé !!!!
