Check in was seamless and we received the sweetest coconuts on arrival, the service was impeccable and the food from the restaurant was delicious. Recommend the Khao soi, they also have a 2 for 1 happy hour cocktails which were tasty. Room was very clean and the best was sooooo comfortable

Wow what can i say absolutely fantastic. From the moment you arrive you are treated like royalty. The staff are amazing and speak great English. The extra freebies are a bonus too. The hotel is okay, not much more than that. The service is excellent everybody's really nice. The swimming pool is really nice. The rooms are not very good pretty standard, the gym is a disaster. The location is just far from everything...

Room was nice and clean , front desk were good , dining staff was not great . Food were very limited , and very few restaurants outside resort to go out and eat . The beach had broken glass in places I even cut my foot whilst walking . No compimentary water whilst sitting around beach/ pool area . Only a few bean bags to sit on on beach , os of this the pool area was very busy and with no where to sit .
