They went out of their way to be kind and accommodating, especially with our toddler, which made the experience even more relaxing and memorable. A special shout out to Manish, who looked after our every need and request. The highlight of the activities available was the sunset boat ride — peaceful, breathtaking, and perfectly organized. The food was outstanding — no matter the cuisine and the local Kolkata food prepared was especially excellent. The spa also deserves a special mention — the masseuse was exceptional, one of the best we’ve ever experienced, leaving us completely refreshed and renewed. We left feeling like we could have lived there forever. This resort is a rare gem — elegant, welcoming, and unforgettable. We will definitely return - if only the journey there could be made more comfortable /less bumpy!! "
