Things were very clean. I did find 3 dead cockroaches throughout my stay. So found some termite droppings (frass) in the downstairs bathroom by the bedrooms.Other than that, the house was amazing. Plenty of room. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of flies get in the house so you have to keep screen door closed.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property and hope to be able to do so again in the future. The small pool is heated and has jets like a hot tub. It was fixed midway through our stay, and we really enjoyed ending our last few days there after weathering the Kona storms. We wish it had been functioning through the entirety of our stay, but the owners were great to have it fixed without any complaints from us. And how could we complain? Everything else was so nice--- clean, well-appointed, well-maintained. It truly felt like our home away from home in Paradise. Extras like the game room, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and coolers helped to make our stay complete. Mahalo!

Great space for a family stay! We were there for a family wedding and there was enough space for everyone! Perfect home base for all the adventures we had, not too far from everything around. There were a few things that were a con, but not a dealbreaker. A couple ceiling lights were hanging out of the ceiling and the bottom bunk bed was broken. And the cottage pool jets were a little finicky. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Hale Ho'okipa - A Perfect Stay!

We had a party of 16 family members staying in the two homes for a reunion. Management was responsive and helped me understand the layout so we could plan for who slept where. Great location. Walking distance to Poipu beaches, restaurants, and shops. The kitchen is well-appointed. The pool is heated; we enjoyed jumping in after beach time. This is a wonderful location for a large family.

Beautiful house and wonderful location.

The property manager was very responsive and made sure we had a pack and play and a high chair for my daughter and everything else we needed. There were boogie boards, umbrellas, and chairs for the beach as well. Overall great experience and would stay here again!

Amazing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We were an extended family of 10 ranging in ages from 3 to 85 years old, and everyone loved it. It is new, comfortable and very well equipped, and Brian was responsive and helpful with questions prior to our trip. The pool was a huge hit (everyone took a dip and the kids played in there at least 3 times a day) and there was so much inside and outside the house to keep us entertained. We just wished we had stayed for longer.

Happy 30th!

Family and friends gathered to celebrate our son's 30th birthday (the best excuse to visit paradise!). Our ages ranged from 4 to 68 and there was something wonderful about the property for everyone. We also enjoyed Halloween in Kauai - definitely a fun memory. The house comfortably accommodated all of us with room to spare.

Best vacation ever

We got to the house and just said wow. Was a great base for our excursions. Kids had a great time in the pool we even had two pool days which we weren't planning. We greatly appreciate it The Umbrellas and beach chairs as well as boogie boards. We ended up not going out for dinner as often as we planned because the outdoor table set up was great for our group.

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 13 consisting of three generations ranging from 14 months to 72 years old had a fantastic experience in this top notch vacation home(s). The location was near excellent beaches and shopping. The furnishings and decor were comfortable and attractive. The home was spotless and all appliances were top of the line. Two dishwashers and washers and driers kept up with the needs of our Ohana. We would highly recommend this property for a vacation to treasure and remember.

Great house!

The house could not have been better. It was perfect for 3 couples and a 4 year old. The rooms and bathrooms were very private. Pool was great, outdoor eating area was great. Nice to have two dishwashers and 2 washers and dryers for our big group. Location was perfect. Was able to walk 0.7 miles down to Baby Beach with my 4 year old granddaughter. Would recommend Poipu Beach to see sea turtles and snorkeling and Shipwreck Beach for relaxing/sunbathing and the view.

Great Space for a Large Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: These two homes on one property are in a great location with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We made most dinners at the bigger of the two homes since the kitchen and dining areas were more conducive to cooking and dining for all of us but having the space with both homes was perfect. Loved the backyard pool and the astroturf at the main house! Kitchen had everything we needed for all meals too which was really helpful. Great experience!
