PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Awesome lodging!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, plenty of equipment and the customer service cared about us all the time. Very nice place and well situated on the resort. We would recommend this place to everyone!!

We love the location of this property. Kiahuna Plantation is lovely. We had an issue with hot water during our stay and they were quick to respond and thankfully fixed the issue within 24 hours. This condo met our needs but could use a little update.

Best location on Kauai

This is our 5th time staying at Kiahuna Plantation, although it’s been over 20 years since the last time we were here. Happy to say the place hasn’t changed a bit. You really can’t go wrong with any condo on the resort, but this unit is an exceptional location. Stunning views and literally would take less than a minute to walk out your lanai and into the ocean. Also a single story so no unit above. Yes, the unit could use a little TLC, but if you’re spending all your time inside a condo then you’re doing it wrong! Also, best bed I’ve ever slept in. Wish I had remembered to check the brand. Great communication with The Parrish Collection, wonderful staff, and a very relaxing time on this beautiful island. We won’t be waiting another 20 years to come back and 165 is at the top of our list!

Fabulous view, but unit is a little worn

We rented this unit for its location and we wanted a washing machine. Unfortunately, the washing machine was broken and we were not made aware of it until we arrive at the unit, seemed like management want aware at all. The door to the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t close, overhead lights flickered, the screen door broken and cockroaches. Wasn’t super impressed with the upkeep and attention to the unit, but, it didn’t spoil our trip. We called about the issues and someone came to fix what they could very fast. Very attentive staff. They keep the outside property very well maintained.

Perfect location, beautiful ocean views (and sounds), cute space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiahuna #165. This is our third trip to Poipu and the Kiahuna and this was one of the best units we’ve stayed in. The access to the Poipu club and pool was an added perk that we used daily. My only feedback would be that most of the cabinets in the kitchen were utilized by dishes and pots etc, so there was no space for our dry foods aside from the counter. Closet was also stuffed with owners things. Aside from that, it was perfect. We will be back!

We had a very nice time at Kiahuna Plantation. Everything was great except the $200 ripoff from booking through you. I don't think I received any benefit from you that if I had known better I would not have gotten from booking directly from The Parrish Collection sincerely Todd Hayes

Very well maintained and steps to the beach

Unit 165 has nothing but lawn between the patio door and the beach👍 The majority of the furnishings are good with the exception of some the utensils are falling apart, also if you are going to cook and eat in, bring spices, oil etc as there non provided. Overall though, this is a beautiful place to stay.
