The hotel was spotless, the attention to detail by housekeeping was wonderful. I loved the pool and the food and I wish I could have stayed longer. I loved the map which came with the keycard that mapped the Sandakan heritage trail, which I followed and had a great day trip. If you're staying in Sandakan and want a piece of luxury and to watch an amazing sunrise and sunset this hotel is the place for you. Thank you so much!"
