Convinient is important for travelers.

The room has insects....certain smell inside the room too. Maintenance is very poor. Paying the cleaning fee is not worth it!! 3 days of stay only once they cleaned the room. No changing of bed sheets and no towels service.

まず、宿泊場所がマップに表示されている住所と異なる場所です。実際には、重慶大厦のエレベーターEの10階でチェックインし、宿泊することになります。ドアが木で薄いため騒音があります。虫とネズミがでます。 部屋は画像とは大きく異なる見た目です。とても狭くベッドも清潔とはいえません。 ただ、エアコンはよく効き、駅にも近いため観光はしやすいです。

PHOTOS NON RÉELLE.!!!! Hotel tres bien situé, mais difficile d'accès car rien n'est mentionné. Vous devez passer par une ruelle etroite puis prendre l'ascenceur puis vous vous retrouvez sur un hall avec plein de portes indiquant notamment en petit l'hotel . La chambre est vraiment petite au point ou des qu'on ouvre la porte on tombe sur le lit . Nos jambes sont littéralement dehors. Coffre fort sur votre tête. Climatiseur nouveau mais trop d'humidite. Ils n'ont pas voulu nous changer meme avec extra sois disant c'est complet . Adresse sur maps et numéro de telephone faux . Personnel non professionnels, ils ne connaissent même pas le numero de téléphone de l'hôtel. N'hesitez pas a insister dans la meme situation a changer de chambre. Ou bien eviter tout simplement de mettre les pieds dans cet hotel. SURTOUT PAS .

Your last solution in this town

Probably the worst service we could get - even for a Hostel. The whole place is made up of maybe 30-50 hostels, so that it will be hard to recognize the bad reviews made. We booked at Hostel 16 in the 16th floor, but was told to go down to the 10th floor for reception. The staff gave us a room at the 10th floor, which was not in labeled as hostel 16 at all, but 4 different kinds of hostels. After we got the room we headed out for dinner and when we got back there was cockroaches in the 5 square meeter room, which was badly cleaned beforehand. With a hole in the ceiling all kinds of animals could live up in that roof.. This was especially strange, due to the extra service fee you have to pay for each night at this place. We ended up leaving and had to book another hotel down the street - ended up with a 4 star hotel for cheaper than this hostel. (we payed to much due to early booking, and there was not a refund we could get).
