The customer service of front desk and porter is awful, they are always showing poker face, no name tag at front, wearing a black jacket but no sign of staff. The cleanliness of the room is another nightmare, the curtain is dirty, the towels are yellowish, the shower head speeding is slow. Luckily, the bed and pillows are still good for use.

Good thing is there is 24 hr check in. We arrived at midnight. However, bad thing was that the hot water ran out, thankfully on the day we had to check out

Very slow internet connection. Try to check in my flight online, sitting in front of the computer for 20 minutes and couldn't get into the airline's website. Staff admitted the slow speed and suggested I send complain to the management.
