5 star service of reception, concierge and housekeeping. 5 star location. 2 star have to pay additional £1000 if want accessible room for wheelchair bound person. Personally I found this distasteful. 2 star facilities to relax in the evening. There is no bar or lounge to go to in the evening to socialise.

Great location for a stay in TST

Great location and service. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were looking a little tired and there were scuffs on some of the furniture. However the bed was very comfortable and we loved having the filtered tap for drinking water.

This property was in a very convenient location, walkable to the harbor/avenue of stars and easily accessible from subway stations. There are also a lot of restaurant and shopping options that are a few minutes away. The room was cozy and clean.

Everything about the stay was excellent. The room was perfect. Huge for hong kong standards. The staff were incredible, from the concierge to the doormen to the cleaning staff. Everything was amazing.

The Royal Garden is fabulous, we received a complementary upgrade on our arrival and had a huge room with a bath tub with a view of Victoria Peak when in the tub! Staff were attentive and friendly. It was a lovely place to stay
