The staff was super helpful every time we had questions, and the shuttle service is fantastic. They kindly let us store our luggage for our last day and let us use their staff washroom before we left for the airport.

The swim out pool is nice but very hard to get into, huge step and no railings. There was also no smoke detector in the room. The stash was mostly very nice with one receptionist that was abit abrupt. Definitely not a luxury hotel, no conditioner or any bathroom amenities, you get two coffee capsules the first day but have to pay after that. They offer free shuttle service to the beach which you will need as the hotel is up a very steep hotel. Hotel would not be good for anyone with mobility issues or older people. The breakfast buffet was ok but all the food was cold unless you order some eggs or omlette. Overall the pool and view was amazing but not worth the price.

Our stay was excellent. Probably the best view from a hotel we have ever had and the added personal pool tops it off. Yes a bug or two can get in the room but its in a a tropical environment and unless you never use your pool or look at your view than it is almost impossible to not get one in. It is a little more work to get into town but they do have a shuttle which you can call if you're at the bottom of the hill. Overall great view, good breakfast and nice staff.

The private pool was a highlight, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The air conditioning worked great, the shower had excellent pressure and consistent hot water, and the front desk staff were always quick to help with anything we needed. There were a few downsides: we did notice a lot of ants, and the shuttle to the beach only ran every two hours and only to the Big Fish (on Google it's the Ao Nang Any Hotel bus stop). You can call for a shuttle outside those times for only 50 baht per person, but because the hotel is higher up a hill, Bolt/Grab drivers rarely accept rides there—so we ended up relying on the shuttle a lot. The Wi-Fi was also hit-or-miss at times.

Located on the top of the hill, inaccessible by some cars. Requires shuttle service which is charged after 10 pm. Hot water was intermittent and there was plenty of wildlife inside the villa. Pool and view were unbeatable.

Andakiri - The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

There were miscommunications about the inclusive beds in our pool villa such as instead of two queen beds there were twin beds, instead of paying for a van going to the airport they got us a car, etc but overall the staff were accommodating and apologetic of their mishaps. We left a 2200 baht tip (3,000 baht deposit minus 800 baht ride to the airport = 2,200 baht) for all the staff especially the chambermaids who were so artistic in creating towel figures each day and deep cleaned our room as per request (we had to change rooms at check in coz the first room give to us was rather substandard in terms of cleanliness). The breakfast staff were friendly and hospitable. The drivers were ready upon request (coz it’s a steep drive up from the main road and some grab drivers avoid going up). Anyway, overall, it was a meaningful stay for my family! The views is topnotch, hands down!

The suites and pool are pretty nice. Great view. Friendly staff. Room service was good. The property was dated. A little dirty. Don’t plan on walking, on a huge hill. They have a shuttle, helps. Took tooks can bring you back up the hill.

We had an amazing stay at Andakiri Krabi! The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, overlooking stunning landscapes that made every moment special. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay even better. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool and delicious breakfast options to start the day. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we needed. We felt truly cared for during our time there. Highly recommend Andakiri Krabi for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay!

Very cool place, the pool is perfect and the view is unreal so to have both is amazing especially for the price. Do think the place could with some updating as it’s beginning to look dated. The hill up to the property is very steep, some taxis and drivers won’t go up there so be mindful of that when you’re booking. Me and my partner are young and fit and it was a task. There is a shuttle that runs throughout the day that’s free to guests so if you time it right you won’t need to worry.

Bathrooms need a deep cleaning or a remodel. The shower head had mold and gunk, the sink faucet was loose, one of the toilets did not flush good, cleanliness of common areas could be better, and we had to wait past check-in time because the room was not ready.

Very isolated property with staff that weren’t well equipped to help English speakers. The doors did not lock properly and at night we could hear howling. The remoteness was not enjoyable and made it difficult to get around. Would recommend staying elsewhere.

Great view! Room was clean. Staff were incredibly nice. Only issue we had was this hotel is not walkable to anything. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to the “big fish” statue by the beach at the top of most hours but if you need a shuttle not at the top of the hour its 50 baht/person. They will also pick you up from here. The hill to get to the hotel is difficult for most grab drivers and excursion drivers so we had to take the shuttle to the bottom of the hill and meet our ride there. Not a deal breaker, just a little inconvenient.

Food was very bad. It’s up a steep hill so taxis will ask for extra charge or refuse to provide ride. For the price I expected a slightly cleaner stay. The towels I was given were stained same with bead sheet. I would not recommend this to others.
