Room was very clean, bed was comfy and staff were nice and efficient. As i arrived late after a long day and i wanted to rest, i was checked jn quickly given my room key and that was excellent. The brekafast served in the morning was awesome, fruit, pastries, yoghurt, juice, coffee and lots more. Location was good, there is a tram stop out the front and other forms of transport are close walking distance. Very good hotel overall, shame i only stayed for one night

The hotel was very clean & the staff friendly. It was very warm — which was great when coming in from the cold outside, but we couldn’t get our room to cool down properly without opening the window (which brought traffic noise in). Room was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good range of options, including for a vegetarian

Hotel VERY convenient for public transport from the airport and easy to locate by foot. Pleasant walk across the river from the city centre (trams and buses also serve). Staff pleasant and welcoming. Room and communal areas clean and well maintained. Hotel sells a small selection of groceries but there is a convenience store located next to the hotel too!

The entrance to the garage was hard to find. There is no parking spaces just paid garage which is inconvenient. We only stayed one night and did not use any services. I did not like the location or the decor of the hotel. The person at the customer service was very formal. I will not stay there again.

I stayed here with a group, and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable, the location was excellent for accessing different parts of Krakow, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. The only issue we had was some loud neighbors in some of the rooms, but they quieted down when made aware of the situation.

Good value for your money. Dining options are limited and have to walk about 10 min to find good eats. Breakfast is standard and not a lot of options.

The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. The rooms ect were clean and crisp. The staff: The young ladies working when I came in were pleasant and the house keeping young lady was full of smiles. The young gentleman working there literally could not be bothered. I asked him if he could please call me a cab when I checked out, because I dont speak the language and I was traveling alone. I have had such bad experiences with upcharges in Poland. Most of the taxi drivers don't use meters. They just tell you what they want to charge. Anyway, he did reluctantly call. I did give him a tip for calling which he did look surprised by and he did seem to appreciate it. It should not be such a big deal to call a cab for a customer. Anyway, The Grot Hotel in Malbork were soo nice and accommodating, but many places are not. I will never stay there again because you don't want to feel like a burden when you pay good money to go somewhere.

Staff was very nice and so was the breakfast buffet. The room was very cramped. The bed was extremely uncomfortable…The pillows were like sand bags. The comforter was way too thick(The AC barely works and with window is locked shut) and they don’t use fitted sheets on the bed. With my tossing and turning I wind up sleeping on the mattress cover. The only two nights I slept well was when I was drinking booze.
