On a positive note, the apartments are in a good location and the room was quiet. There was a reasonably new and clean kitchen installed.
However, the sofa bed was deteriorated like a leper. There were bits of it all over the duvet. The floor was badly worn in places which have a dirty appearance. The bathroom door works not stay closed and the bathroom sink was blocked and took ages to empty.
The bedroom was up a dangerously steep stairs and the ceiling height in the bedroom area was dangerously low. You could not stand up straight. The need was a mattress on the floor. If there was a fire at this premises, you works most likely perish. You would try to get up and escape, but in the panic you could knock your head on the low ceiling or fall down the step stairs.
