I stayed in Room 1 and really enjoyed it — the space was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Communication was smooth, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been easier. The location is excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, coffee shops, and restaurants. The only downside was the lack of on-site parking, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall, it still deserves a 5-star rating.

Ermine Suites is conveniently located in the heart of Krakow. It has great amenities for families traveling to Krakow. I highly recommend this property.

The location was perfect as was the accommodation, very well maintained property. The nightlife was loud and clear and early in the morning there was construction. We were also able to leave our luggage as we had a later flight without any charge which was a bonus.

Wonderful Ermine Suites

Perfect apartment with everything we needed for a week’s stay. The apartment was very clean. Housekeeping came in daily to collect dirty towels and empty the trash, sheets were changed every 3 days. The property manager was wonderful, easily accessible and answered any questions we had. The property is less than a 5 minute walk from the main square, yet situated far enough off the street so noise wasn’t an issue. The only surprise was there was some construction going on next door. It really wasn’t an issue for us. They started work at 6:30am but finished by 5:00pm and did not work on the weekend.

It was great!! The locate was great and there was a little grocery store right next to our hotel. The room was clean and had all the essentials. We made breakfast every day and enjoyed it together in the little dining area. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Ermine Suites is an amazing accommodation in the heart of Krakow.Ms Joanna was great. We had all the necessities for our 4 night stay. We were within walking distance to all the attractions and meeting points for our excursions. We felt very safe around the area and all the staff was very polite and helpful!! Apartament was roomy and AC was efficient. I would definitely come back!!!

The apartment was spacious and clean for our family of four. It was located just a couple of blocks away from the main square in old town Krakow. Lots of shopping and dining in the area. Staff was helpful in getting us oriented in locating grocery stores nearby on our first day. They even printed off boarding passes for us when our airline wanted hard copy boarding passes. Krakow is a beautiful city and I would definitely visit and stay at Ermine Suites again.

Best choice in Krakow

We stayed at the two bedroom suite. It was outstanding in every way. The apartment was roomy, the kitchen had everything including a washing machine, the beds were comfortable, two bathrooms, and easy arrival (keys in a coded locker). Finally, the location was great, near the plaza but not on top of it.

Terrific place to stay in Krakow

Really liked this place to stay in Krakow and will stay here again if/when in the area. The location is great for walking around. There are plentiful restaurants all around - impossible to try them all - and the refrigerator/cooking options were helpful. We also enjoyed the fruit we found upon our arrival - nice extra touch! The bed was comfortable, the shower worked well, the WiFi worked well. The only problem we had was the noise - easy to hear outdoor noise and on our last night we had very noisy neighbors in a lower room who stayed up until 4am(ish). Ermine recognizes this and provides earplugs, though we chose not to use them. Realistically, all places in a similar atmosphere are like this - and you can't predict when idiots will stay near you, so it won't stop us from staying here again, or highly recommending it to others.

We had a fabulous stay at the Ermine Suites. Joanna was excellent at communicating before and during our stay. Our apartment was exactly how we’d expected with everything we needed, two lovely sized bedrooms and a comfortable living area. We were lucky enough to have an apartment overlooking the square which was wonderful. Just a stones throw away from the Old Town and lovely restaurants just outside the door! It also felt like a very safe neighbourhood. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we returned to Krakow.

Updated apartment in the heart of Old Town

Essentially all the conveniences of home but on holiday. The apartment had two bedrooms with doors (great for travelling with children), two bathrooms inlcuding a shower/tub, a great room and a kitchen with refrigerator, cooking top, dishwasher and laundry machine. Check-in and check-out was very easy and they had the option to hold luggage. My only issue was the fragrance. Right outside our unit's door was a plug-in air freshner, it was very powerful. Then in the unit, I don't know if it was the cleaning products they use, but my eyes reacted a little to the scent and my wife complained of a stuffed up nose while there.

Had a wonderful stay with family. Apartment was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed. Location was perfect! For the most part, it was quiet, however the last night some grown intoxicated men stayed up until 2am or so, cursing while what sounded like watching a movie in the lobby area.
