The staff was very rude and uncouth at the reception desk. Especially the female staff. I tried to leave a list of sites for Schindlers list and the night staff wanted it and the next morning the woman at the front desk gave me soo much lip about it I could not believe it! First she said I may need it and I'm like, duhh I created it for you, then she says they didnt tell her about it and I'm like oh my god woman just give to to the people that are there at night so you all can explain to tourist where certain interesting Schindler's list sites are. The customer service in Poland is the worse! I could not believe how rude the females were at the front desk. All they wanted to do was say "no" or we "we don't know" or "we don't have". This hotel needs to seriously train the staff on how to communicate properly and provide customer service at the highest level!

The hotel was just off of the central historic area, on the river, and on the corner of the Jewish Quarter - full of great restaurants. The location was good with plenty of sites to visit around it. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the stay was enjoyable. The spa was relaxing and the breakfast was un-hurried with plenty of choice.

This hotelbwas world class. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and everything about the hotel was perfect. The bar area, swimming pool, breakfast area were so nice. The room was great with an excellent comfortable bed. Looking forward to returning.

Kilka lat temu miałem wrażenie, że hotel jest świetny; aktualnie już nie jest, check-in /check-out w recepcji to droga przez mękę i strata 30 minut, miła obsługa jest marnym pocieszeniem. Nieczynne jaccuzi odgrodzone taśmą, wygląda jak na budowie, zero estetyki.
