Our stay was great! The hotel was clean and safe. The staff were very helpful. The suggested things to do and places to eat. The location was convenient and we could easily walk to major attractions. The breakfast was very good.

Handling check in by the staff is not good. Gnerally th people working with the guests are not properly done. The room was OK but the long walk with steps with heavy luggage was tough and the carpets are dirty with a lot of stains all the way. This hotel is not for 4 or 5 stars. Other 4 star hotels we used in Krakow and Warsaw were far better in facilities as well as people. Holiday Inn in Krakow has a lot of things to improve the services and facilities. Location is not everthing. Hotel staffs should know that they are in people business, hospitality business to make people feel comfortable and happy. We stayed at Grand Ascott for 3 nights. Send your people to 4 star Grand Ascott to see how good their hospitality mind is. You will see what we mean.
