Had a very pleasant stay. They provide Stickers for small tattoos you might have. The spa/ sentimental was really refreshing after travelling. The facilities were also very clean and the interior was well lit and furnished in a bright tone, which made everything fell very cozy and clean. Staff was very nice and polite. The surrounding area is also very convient, super close to a big modern mall โ€œSakuraโ€. Had a very pleasant stay, would definitely visit again.

Great centralized location. Ultra clean hotel with great amenities and features. I would say the main issues were having only 3 elevators hardly met the demands of the people. There more than a few times where I waited over 3 minutes for an elevator and a few times I had to wait for the next elevator. Also they need a few more wash machine and dryer. I stood in line for the next washing machine for over 2 hours. Shin-shigai over all needs a makeover. It looks dirty, dark and unsafe, but the hotel itself is beautiful inside.
