"I was denied entry to the country on February 22, 2026 and was held for 24 hours in the airport and sent back to Medina-Saudi Arabia. We didn’t even made to Magic Suite Tower. I had called Magic Suite few times and no answer. When I tried to contact Expedia.com I was referred to Generali Global Assistant. After a long time of back and forth reporting and documents requests, I was denied any compensation "

"Great area with a lot of restaurant's an cafe's around the hotel The hotel clean with spacious rooms The only thing I didn't like the music noise in the morning it was so annoying "

"Whilst the staff were great, our shower smelt like wee, fridge leaked water and there is a kitchen but only a single set of cutlery and plates other than that the cupboards are empty. "

"First room was dirty then asked to move to another room which then they provided and facilities are outdated however they have a washing machine and kitchen which was good but no forks spoons cutlery and on top of that one of the service staff entered the room without permission to which then my family member had to ask them to leave not good at all"
