Affordable. Close enough to buses (2min) and train (10 min) walk. Breakfast offered for a price of 1800yen for adults. Convenient if you are pushing out early for sites. Coin operated washer 300yen. Dryer 100yen for 30 min. Standard twin room is tight for a family of 4. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Five minutes walk to the Tokyo station and a metro line right outside the property. Hotel is properly maintain with fridendly staffs. Breakfast is above average. Will definitely come back again.
