This hotel is very centrally located in Kyoto with walking to many places. It is close to the river with walking paths which I appreciate it to get out of the hustle and bustle. The morning breakfast is definitely worth it and a great way to start the day. The rooms are small but in true Japanese style every detail is utilized for comfort and storage. I would recommend.

The location is very central to various areas. Plenty of options for shopping and eating. Hotels very clean and rooms felt spacious and modern. It can get loud at night at times but not too bad. Reminds you that you are in a lively section. Felt safe walking around.

Absolutely stunning property, we all gasped when we first entered our rooms. Located near a station which is very convenient. TONS of shopping in the area and a close walk to Nishiki market. The staff were very kind and helpful. Washing machine located on 6 floor was a nice amenity that we were able to utilize. Had the breakfast our last morning and was nothing special, but got the job done in a pinch. Overall would highly recommend this accommodation!

Hotel was simple and elegant. The triple room was perfect for me traveling with two adult daughters. It was a great location for shopping and walking to the Gion neighborhood. The buffet breakfast was varied and everything delicious. Overall, perfect!

This is the 2nd Musse hotel we’ve stayed in and I cannot say enough good things about this chain. The hotels are clean and the rooms are beautifully appointed with everything you need. I opted for a premium room on the top floor and it was nice having the extra space and no one above us. The hotel was incredibly quiet though despite being right in the middle of Kyoto with access to lots of shops and restaurants and only a short walk from the Gion district. I also included breakfast in my reservation and I’m so happy that I did. The breakfast choice was the perfect combination of traditional Japanese and also western options so there were choices for everyone. I highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel is in the heart of everything Kyoto! We had a room on a high floor and had no issue with noise at all. Walk out of the hotel and everything is at your fingertips - you can't get better than this!
