This hotel is very conveniently located near Kyoto JR Station and also offers a great shuttle bus service. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably spacious. The interior has a nice Japanese-style design, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. The location is also very convenient with many shops nearby. Even without the shuttle bus, it only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kyoto Station, and there are several convenience stores along the way. Overall, this hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Kyoto’s attractions.

Wonderful staff and a lovely stay. Breakfast was fantastic. The only minor negative was that the gym was quite basic, but the pool was quite nice.

The revolving rooftop restaurant offered spectacular views at breakfast, which was great. The Kyoto floor room was fabulous. Close to Kyoto station, which was very convenient. Staff very helpful. Great hotel. Fantastic stay.

A nice hotel with free shuttle to Kyoto station.

Nice location with frequent shuttle bus to kyoto station (until 7 pm). The room is good and breakfast excellent. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Access to the swimming pool is not free and extremely expensive.

Expedia advertises rooms that sleep 4. Spent over an hour at check in making sure I got the room that sleeps 4 as advertised. Ended up getting told to pay an extra 160 CAD which was refused as I had already payed for a room that sleeps 4. Ended up with a room that had 2 twin beds. Will not be going back. If you are booking make sure to book a room that advertises “sleeps 6” if you are trying to have 3-4 people sleep.

solid option, nice rooms

overall, a nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms. location was a bit awkward...not a ton of great food options nearby unless we wanted to trek to the train station. but the breakfast buffet was great and we enjoyed being able to grab a drink and app at the bar on site. service for pool facility was stuffy and expensive; we only used it once because it was an expensive add on ($40!) and awkward to be told to cover tattoos.

Everything was fantastic apart from we got bitten by insects. They were in the room. I had to get medication for that. And I thought swimming pool was included but I found out I have to pay for it. Bed was good and amenity were great. Interest access was ok!

Hotel is close to Kyoto Station. Very nice hotel and even nicer staff. Hotel has everything you need. Close to shopping and the metro.
