Newly built detached house (2006) with 72 m2 and up for 4 people.
Distribution:
Ground floor: hall, multipurpose room, washing machine room and a bathroom with shower.
First floor: kitchen, living and dining room with air conditioning and small terrace with an awning.
Second floor: the 2 double bedrooms (double bed and bunk bed) and a bathroom with shower.
Third floor: small room and terrace with views.
Cooling: It does have air conditioning in the living room and it offers two ceiling fans, one in the living room and other on the master bedroom.
It does not have a garatge. There is a public free parking area 500 metres away.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
