Appartment for rent with shared pool and seaview closet o the beach of riells in L’Escala. Port Marina 4 is a large appartment thought for the sea lovers who want to spend holidays with their family forgetting about cars and traffic jams.

The best of the accomodation is of coursethe view: you will enjoy full panoramic view to the harbour and to the bay. Its furnished terrace will enable you to have your meals in front of the sea. The commune area counts with a nice poolto swim and cool yourself during the hot summer days as well as a green gardenwhere to relax, sunbathing, with a good book.

The appartment has 2 levels and is to be found on the 3rd floor of the block:

On the 1st level you will find a bright large living-room opening to the terrace with seaview, an open equipped kitchen , 3 bedrooms (one with doublé bed and bathroom, 2 with trunk beds) and a complete bathroom. Wifi is also available.
On the second floor, a large bedroom with bathroom will discover you another terrace with seaview as well as a larger one on the roof.
The location of Port Marina 4 is idyllic, just in front of the harbour where you will be able to find a large offer of water activitiesor enjoy relaxing walks. You can follow the promenade a few meters until the beach of Riells and its amenities, bars and restaurants.

NB: No pets allowed.Wifi works only with 2 devices at a time. Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).
